Tried signing up for ZipCar and they immediately banned me. One support agent told me it was because of my credit card and to reapply, except I couldn't because my account is permanently locked. Another support agent told me they couldn't tell me why. After this I came across numerous other stories of people unexpectedly being banned from ZipCar for no apparent reason or receiving unexpected charges. Stay away from this service and their terrible customer support.

Zipcar has worst customer policy, if your application is rejected for any reason, you are not allowed to re-apply and use the zipcar ever again. If you upload a wrong license by mistake, there is no way in which you can re-apply and be a member ever. They are losing customers based on this policy. It is so frustrating and disappointing
