We had a great experience! Customer Service was good throughout the process and we appreciated getting an estimated date of completion. Our service guy was quick to respond whenever I had a question and the one time he wasn’t available, the front staff was able to help too. I was pleasantly surprised the car looked good as new! Job well done - thanks to the team at Caliber Collision at McNeil!

Great costumer service. Car was delivered on time, clean and in perfect condition. We were updated all the way, since we dropped up to when was time to pick up. =)

I would not and will not recommend this location to anyone!! 2 months we have been trying to get our car repaired! Twice the manager told us they would order the parts and call us when they were in so we could bring the car and leave it. We called after 30 days only to find out parts not ordered. Said again they were going to order the parts. Guess what! 30 days later no were not ordered but could not call us and tell us. Our only vehicle so we can’t leave it for 2 months. Our insurance only pays for so many days !! Now we have to try and find another repair shop!! Liars!!
