Never opens on time. I used to work here and this place has drastically gone downhill. It used to be the cleanest and most well organized DG I had ever been too. Not anymore.

Both ladies was rude to me and told me I could only use one digital coupon per transaction meaning I can't use coupon on one item and another item at same time. I come in there EVERY Saturday I never have a problem. They refunded my items after being in line twice very long lines. Then they ring them up again and refund again so not sure my money was correct. Then as I stand in line a 3rd time after going to car to get my refunded item to turn in, one decides to ask other is she gone yet. I heard one lady say no she came back in store. I stood in long line again and heard them talking about me in front of costumers. End of visit I didn't get the items, not sure I got correct refund, and was talked about while having to listen to it.

Went to this Dollar General on Labor Day, at 8:20pm (they close at 9), and a large man came to the door as I was walking up, and gave me the "we're closed" sign by swiping his hand across his neck. As I was walking back to my car & looking up their hours, another customer pulled up and tried to go in. She looked utterly confused when she went to open the door and found it locked. By this time I had confirmed their closing time was supposed to be 9pm. And then a THIRD customer pulled up, and again I had to explain they closed early. All of this business and sales Dollar General missed, and for what? IF YOU CLOSE AT 9PM, THEN CLOSE AT 9PM. It's extremelyinconvenient and frustrating to drive to a store you know should be open, and realize they closed early for some unknown reason.

The store was awesome but It was this heavy set woman employee that was on the phone having a very inappropriate conversation the whole time while walking the store. She was very loud and made me and I’m pretty sure other customers feel discomfort.

Many items at the lowest price around but some things you can get a better price on at Walmart. It's easier to find a Dollar General than a Walmart in a lot of areas though.
