Went there to purchase some plywood and wanted to get it cut into two pieces. The person there said they can only cut wood to within 12 inches nothing smaller. I went to the Home Depot web site and found this about cutting wood. "Yes, Home Depot has a wood cutting area where they serve customers by cutting their wood to the size they need. Any of the wood that you purchase in-store will be cut for free in this area, however, they will not allow you to bring in your own wood from somewhere else. " I have been going to Home Depot for almost 40 years and never had any issue till now. I was so mad I said I am going to Lowes.

I just want to say shame on the home Depot in North Richland Hills off 820 and Rufe Snow. They have an employee there it is twenties didn't get his name he's white brown hair has his nose pierced. Well he is making racist KKK jokes in front of everyone and when I told him I didn't appreciate his jokes he gets lippy with me needless to say it escalated and when I told him to stop and go get his manager he starts yelling at me that I'm going to get him fired and says go ahead you're going to want my job anyway that's the whole purpose of this. He actually said and did a lot more than what I'm saying but to make the story short you get the general gist of it When the manager finally came up he took it very lightly basically and said well I'll have a talk with him This is 2022 we have much bigger things to worry about than somebody being racist and telling KK jokes The young lady that was standing beside him that I also work there didn't even offer to help she just walked away The lack of concern and professionalism at this store has just left me dumbfounded I am beyond mad I just thought everybody should know that they're lack of concern for their customers comfortability while they're shopping, the shop in peace, apparently it's just not a concern of theres. Fyi I have never been one to keep my mouth shut when I hear racist comments. #pissedoff

Dirty, nasty store - asked several employees for help - nobody had an answer and no tap to pay/Apple Pay. How do you not accept Apple Pay in 2022? Guess we will go shop elsewhere.

Worst store ever! Bought a broken washer and dryer! And they sent a repair guy and he said it wasn’t repairable! And it was the stores fault! Called in to talk to Tyler the store manager and he laughed and wouldn’t exchange them or give a refund!!! Money down the drain!!!

I went in to buy 420 cedar pickets, 23 bags of cement, 23 metal poles, 69 metal brackets, 225 lag screws, 2 gate kits and 69- 2x4's... after asking 3 different people for help with a forklift and waiting 2 hours a nice young man (I think his name was Collin) left his department and helped me hand load it all up because the lumber guy (an older rude gentleman) refused to be of any assistance at all.. "Collin" was respectful of his rude elder and team mate and was very professional!! If it wasn't for him I would have left it all, called corporate and let them know this location is not living up to its name... 5 stars for that respectful young man! 0 for the store.

Not a huge selection of diff brands of appliances. Horribly small selection of dishwashers. No one helped at all. We did grab a filter for our shop vac and went to check out and there was not even one checker up front. Not One Checker Up Front. We checked ourself out and did hear a "have a good evening" from one poor soul who had the job of watching the "self checkers". Reminds me that this summer we came by to buy some wooden trim and had to check ourself out and left because our trim we had carefully picked out because it was not scratched nor splintered didn't have a tag. I can't stand checking myself out-especially in a home improvement store. It's Not a good idea. Not a very merry store if you ask me.

After experiencing horrible customer service at the Bridgewood Home Depot location I came to this store and was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help by Joe! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I will be coming to this store for now on. The customer service was PERFECT. The other location should take some customer service classes for their employees.
