One recommendation: ask if you can be sent email or text message notifications for when your phone bill is due or it'll pass by unnoticed.

this is the only store in the entire metroplex that will answer their phone. the person who answered was very kind and helpful and recommended an option that would be free of charge to me. would recommend this location!
