this is the only store in the entire metroplex that will answer their phone. the person who answered was very kind and helpful and recommended an option that would be free of charge to me. would recommend this location!

Aathika was so very helpful. I came in today and had a few questions about upgrades. She help me find my code for my act and walked me through the different options. She was very professional and pleasant to speak with. I will come back and request her when its time to make my purchase

Lady working was not polite .made me feel uneducated on current Samsung phone's ,Metro's upgrade price is insulting to long time customers.$ 228.00 for a phone t mobile sells(moto) at Wal-Mart for 50.00.

Came to upgrade my phone, and transition my sprint account to t mobile. Made an appointment, came in and sat for 2 and a half hours. They "transitioned" my account and cleared all of my history in my sprint account, I had no service on my phone. Walked out 2.5 hours later with no new phone, no functioning account and insanely frustrated. Went straight to Verizon and they had me set up and out the door in less than an hour. Terrible experience with T mobile and this particular store.

T-Mobile in AR has been my worst experience ever. It started out good, except for the local sales store, and at the end of my hideous 3 year stay was ridiculous. At first they were very helpful, but very expensive. They were happy to help me out with free cell boosters for my house. But 3 years later, during the pandemic, after I fell and had a herniated disk, their caring turned despicable. I went to the former Sprint store, where the customer service and knowledge was much better. I HAD to stay at home bc I couldn't leave my house bc of intense pain and disability. No, I didn't have friends to take me and was relegated to a special transportation city bus, that was terrible at dropping off and picking you back up again. Pathetic. Then, in October 2020, I started receiving refurbished only cell phones that only lasted 2 WEEKS. I finally was rescued by one of my daughters who brought me back to Texas, with much better health care and doctors. I am getting better finally. I'm with a different company now and am happier with better service and devices Also, any cell service in AR will be pathetic bc of all the hills and mountains. We lost service multiple times heading to the main Interstate leaving the state. I cheered when we hit the state line. Maybe they are better elsewhere, but not in AR. Don't know if anyone else is better.

Don't pay attention to the previous reviews. This is a whole new branch by how it's ran by a bad a** store manager. She literally went above and beyond by locating a store that has the particular Apple Watch I've been looking for. 44mm Navy series 6 I called a store prior to see if they had it (they did but called back an hour too late). This other store I went to, actually pointed me to this store! He said this is the store that's said to have just about every item you're looking for. Wasn't wrong, and when the store manager didn't have it, she hopped in her car and picked it up for me. This is my store

First this is not about a store this is about T Moble. When I first joined with t moble I was told I would get reception at my home (approximately 2years ago) in Ferris, Tx. Not only did I not Internet service I had to drive about a mile down the road to call the corporate office as I was sitting on hold for a while. I was told that the service would be better if I got a signal booster. It would be $100 and they could send it right out. I said absolutely not I will get service elsewhere. I had not even had T-Moble for 2 hours I was not going to pay an extra $100 for a chance they could provide a signal. The lady backtracked and told me that she didn't realize I was that new of a customer and would wave the charges. Her words clearly stated that I would not be charged for the devise, and that it would not be fair to charge me for a service that I was clearly not getting. Fast forward to current day. I am engaged and living in North Richland Hills. I have been for a year the service here was fine no need for the booster. They are dusty and at this time useless. My fiancé takes a look at cost to add my phone to her bill and I do the same. It was much more expensive to add her and her son then if I just dropped t mobile and got other service. So we did that I called t moble I let them know that I would no longer be using them and that the direct debits would need to stop. As always before I was politely told that it was no problem but they wanted me to reconsider. I told them I was happy with the service but unfortunately the cost was pushing me away. We said polite good byes. Everything is handled except. I was still being charged even 3 months later. I called and asked why and was told that they never put in the order to cancel. I informed them that I have been on a different service and I want my money back. I was told they would open an investigation and be back with me soon. This should not take more then a few days. Satisfied yet still upset I hung up. A few days later I get a charge for over 300 dollars. I called them the day this was set as a pending transaction. And was told it was for a signal booster. They said I had to return it. I have no idea where it is and I was NEVER told I had to return it. I was however told it was free and it was to keep me with them from day one! AVOD T MOBLE. I am still trying to get my money back for the extra months they charged, As well. These people will rob you do not let them direct draft. I will never allow anyone to do that again.
