“I went into Sherwin Williams on Rufe Snow in Keller to get another gallon of paint (last purchased in 2016) Reggie informed me that SW discontinued the brand last June but said Watauga SW still carried it. Reggie called the Watauga store and they indeed had what I was looking for. At the Watauga SW a young lady by the name of Josie entered the formula for the paint and informed me that an exact match may not be possible, no guarantee. I found the paint to be a 99% match once applied to my existing paint. I am extremely impressed with these two SW employees. They were both extremely helpful, kind, professional and I will recommend both stores to family & friends. Reggie & Josie, thank you.”
“Had a wonderful experience with the manager of the store. I brought in a 3 year old can of flat ceiling paint to be blended again. The manager took a lot of his time to strain out the chunks of paint in the can. Poured paint into a new can and blended. Very thorough! Thank you!”

“After going to the location in Southlake and walking out, I came to this location and had a pleasant experience. I was greeted by everyone there. A worker helped me decide on finishes and different types of paints they had. She even told me that usually every weekend they have discounts and today I came back and took advantage of the discount they had today. I will definitely be coming back for my next few painting projects! Highly recommend coming here as they will guide you to what you need and not oversell you on anything you don’t need.”
“My husband and I recently bought a house. Had to do some interior paint touch ups but couldn’t find the right match. Called ahead and the person working told us that they could try to match it in store. Went in and he was able to scan and match it perfectly!! Just got home and did the touch up can’t even notice the difference in colors honestly. So impressed at how quick and easy that was!! Super good customer service too :-)”

It's convenient, prices are reasonable especially when I need something where I can't afford to take time to drive several miles away from jobsite to HD or Lowe's to find. Rarely have I not found what I needed. Staff is always helpful and cordial. Easy exchanges too. Hope this store stays around for a long time.”

“I was cleaning a foam insulation rig for a friend, and got a lot of information and tips from these folks. I had to use a special solvent, to melt the solidified isocyanate material, and boil the parts in it. They printed out several pages, of drawings, and part lists. They took the time to tell me the answers to my questions.

“My husband went to PPG Paint Store on Saturday morning-Dec 7, 2024. A young man helped my husband and saved us a lot of money. He was honest and very helpful. I normally do not write reviews but I wanted to thank the person who helped my husband. He called several of the locations to see if they could make the paint and then helped him with our paint. My husband went to other paint stores and they wasn’t helpful. We will come back to this location on Seminary. Great customer service and thank you!”

“I've used this location a handful of times, never had a bad experience. The customer service has been great every time. I'm not sure how they fare with the "just painting my own home" people. But, as a contractor, they're great. The store is poorly laid out and in serious need of a remodel though. It just looks dirty and unkempt.”
“Wow walked in the door no one asks for a name. No one told us we had to be signed in with them. We had our paint and was gone in under 7 minutes and I didn't get the young man's name but hes exceptionally nice we had just left South Cooper where the young girl did not know nothing, horrible experience but they made up for it at North Cooper very nice people.”
