“My son and i brought his toyota tacoma in to have the a/c serviced. Its 107 degrees in Texas and the gentleman who was taking a break on the side of the shop got right up to see what we needed. “Went to get tire last week. Dropped off my wheel and paid $65.00. I had to get to work. So I paid and left without seeing what used tire they chose for me. Came back during my lunch. As busy as this place is. Lady behind counter reconized me. Before I spoke. She headed to get my tire. This tire is brand new. Still had the ruber spikes on it. I just expected a used tire to get me by for a month. They would still get my business, if thaats what i got. But fast and friendly service. Great tire. Excellent customer service. “I drive a 2017 Jeep Compass. Had been noticing a sound like a plastic bag or a loose bumper. Then driving to work I thought I was driving on a rough patch of road. Stopped at a red light and the engine light came on. I pulled into a QT at the corner of Division (180) and ***** in *********, **. Called and waited on my husband. We talked with a man from ********* *********** if they could help us. He said he would go talk to his boss. He did not return. So we looked around and we noticed Dr. *** Repair across the street. We got the vehicle over there and **** said he would put the car on the computer to let us know what was wrong. We had a bad coil. He had already ordered the part when he came to tell us what was wrong and to tell us that he would go ahead and change the coil. I suffer from allergies and **** was in the office and heard me coughing so he brought me a water. They have the cleanest waiting area and plenty of reading material. **** was extremely nice, professional and informative. I looked up the price from Auto Zone, he charged like a dollar more than they had the part priced for on the internet. We'll be coming here when we need help with our auto needs as I feel that I can trust him. Drove to work after the repair; I had no problems at all and did not hear any unusual sounds. I thank God that he was there and was willing to work on the can. He had told us that he was booked all this week but made us a priority. So grateful. Thank you **** and team.”

“A gentleman saw me pull in and when I arrived they had a truck blocking the way off loading tires. But the guy that saw me walk all the way to my car and right away he greeted me. That was the best part! For someone to greet you and notice you struggling to drive in and right away guide you to pull in to service your car right away was the best experience I've encountered. He even helped me carry my car seat inside their waiting lobby while my son was sleeping. The best part they have a ton of inventory of used and new tires which I struggle to find in this area for my Acura TLX 2016 model. I highly recommend this place and they have certainly earned my business. I will be coming back. Not to mention you get to see them work on your car while you wait inside their lobby, and the guy that helped me today gave me lollipops for my little boy and he told me how long the wait would be to get tires added on my car! A+++ tire shop right here and inexpensive too! They accept all types of payment such as cash, Apple Pay and many credit cards too!”

They’ve been spot on every time I’ve been in there. They’re always friendly, informative, and happy to help customers compare different options for their vehicles.A hidden pothole did a number on two of my wheels. At my last tire rotation, they pointed out that they had very slight bends on the inside that would probably get worse over time. I found a good replacement set(all 4) and brought them in today. Alex and Dylan helped me out. They checked the replacements for any issues, got all four of my tires swapped over to the new wheels, balanced them, and put together a full sized spare for me. I still had my keys back in under an hour!”

“I needed 2 front tires and my usual place discontinued the ones I get from them and I couldn't afford the others. I went to another used/new tire spot that didn't have my size and was feeling discouraged. It was set too rain the entire week and I needed these tires bad. One was almost bald and the other had a nail on it. I Googled the closest place on the next day and 2 spots came up. I read most reviews on both and they were good but chose this one. I'm glad I did. They had my size in used and the prize was affordable. I was quoted one price for the matching pair, but the workers and owner weren't pleased with the the thread (in my opinion was fine for used) so the price was dropped. When I say that was a blessing...yes it was. I suggest you try them fir yourself when in need for tires. They have been in business for over 40yrs and I see why...God is good.”
