“In 25 years, the service and integrity is unmatched to others. They try to make money, but if I am not buying all of the sales pitches, they still provide quality service and professionalism. My ONLY complaint is the waiting area looks like trash. However, it is not their fault. It is a leasing issue that I inquired about to understand why the service is topnotch yet the customer waiting area is scary and does not look sanitary to wait there. This is where corporate could step up and help. It is ridiculous. This is a great store and good people. Step Up, Firestone, and fix this situation. They have no control over it. They deserve better and so do we.”

“I bought a cheap new tire over two years ago from this place and the tire is still working. I never had any problem with the tire. So even her cheap tires are good. I don't know why some of these people are having so many problems with their tires like she said they must have hit a curb or something.
