Not a helpful location. Not sure why it exists and I’m not sure how it warrants funding. Would serve a higher purpose as a locker room or a gym for the fire station next door.

I've had two occasions where Mail was mailed late. One where I went in & paid for 2 day shipping to get a vehicle payoff to the company on time. It arrived 3.5 days later which is when it would've arrived without me paying $10 for the expedited service. This cost me extra money to be paid to pay off my vehicle which was extremely upsetting.
Now, I've placed a letter in the mailbox outside which should've been picked up the same day. It was just going to Dallas but here we are 7 days later and the recipient has not received it. I doubt they've even gotten it out of the box.
I'll never do anything out of this location again and I suggest others don't as well.

I put in a change of address with two different last names (same two names i had changed before, no problem) and the attendant wanted to inform me it might not work because i could confuse the postal delivery guy. Say what??? Those two names have been being delivered to previous address with no problem. Then after all the confusion he inserted, none of my mail got transferred. This was back in june. After doing another address change at a different location, finally getting mail in one name but had to do another address change other name again. How is an address change so complicated? How do these people function in everyday life when a simple task cant be completed

I'm posting about mail pickup at residence. It's a common occurrence that I will put a letter out, and it will sit in my mailbox for several days and the mailman will not come and pick it up. I have had times where I give up and take it to the post office myself.

Rude male employee today. I felt like I was inconveniencing him as he was weighing my envelope and printing the stamp payment. Because of his attitude and rudeness, I took the envelope off the scale and told him never mind that I will take this to another location. And this was at 2 pm right after his lunch when he unlocked the door. He needs to take customer service skills from the Hurst post office location. They are always super helpful and friendly.

Had to ship some items 2 times this week. The agent at this location in Richland Hills is the absolute BEST. Proactive, customer focused, cost conscious and friendly with a smile!!! Very much appreciated!!!!!

Just absolutely stupid. They are the only place the closes earlier than others and on top of that they are closed for a 1 1/2 hour lunch lol just a cake walk employee that is racking up a paycheck for nothing.

Great people I don’t like that they don’t open on sat and they close from 12:30 - 2:00 wow very long lunch but that’s fine could open on sat for a few hours would be great. But really great people at this one and the one on Davis Blvd

Excellent service compared to UPS. Damage rate and late delivery is a fraction of UPS. Both of my companies have standardized on USPS and FedEx and banned the sub standard service of UPS!

Love this place! It's tiny and the streets are all kinds of wrong, but the staff is friendly and super helpful. Best little post office around!!
