Today I went to 7eleven to get gas, at 6:20pm getting out of work since it was nearby. When I came in the cashier who had a nose ring on and a bunch of tattoos did not understand when I told her I wanted fifteen dollars cash to number fifteen, where my car was parked. My English pronunciation is not the best. However, she started to get mad when she did not understand what I was communicating I said something so simply as fifteen dollars on number fifteen. I even spelled out the number one and five so she could understand me. After she asked me again multiple times, she started to get mad and continued to raise her voice. She yelled at me, when I was so tired getting out of work. She disrespected me and treated me like I’m not a human being. You should train her to treat human beings which she deals with on a daily basis as part of her job respectfully and with some manners. I told her to give me back my money and I left. If you want to be mistreated in a gas station which is ridiculous to even say just go to this seven eleven.

My brother and I were yelled at across the store in front of other costumes as soon as we walked into the store for something that happened over a month ago we've been in the store since but today she made it a point to abuse power and refuse service

Some people deserve to get fired.Give the chick with the tattoos and piercings the management position. She works two jobs and could use it. She's definitely a better candidate and would do a better job.Then, get rid of the obnoxiously rude and lazy people who are currently running the place.

They have the worst customer service. And I’m saying this after having come here multiple times and talking to multiple employees. They have no manners or respect. 7 eleven needs to up their training.

Came in from breakfast tacos at the 711 I'm grandmission. Customer Service is non existence as i was kept waiting for over 10 mins, and the lady cook was just staying in the back room and would not come out to attend to anyone. The cashier guy went back their twice and she refused to come out and serve.

Bought 4 breakfast taco. Asked why is it $8.76 for 4 isn’t it 2 for $4? She tell me it tax this is American you have to pay tax. Then after getting charged I had to pay tax again? So now it’s $9.48 if I’m being tax 2 time I hope the states audit them cuz I don’t think all my tax money is going to the state.

Fix your pumps and payment system at the pump. You have to wait for a pump to be free first, then walk in wait more to pay for your gas, run out of patience and go home. Please fix it!

Don't go early in the morning stood there as the person that runs the register was in the back doing who who's what looked like they was on there phone stood there for a cupple min then just left left what I had grabbed to buy and just left it there waiting for them

I went over there. Two female staff were there. One girl started misbehaving and refusing and being racist. Another girl apologized on behalf of one girl's behavior. Just wanna say. If you are asian or indian, don't go there.
