Shout to coach Langston. Came in tried it out, trying to get back in to shape. It was one of the best workouts I've had in years. Signed up on the spot, left drenched in sweat. Looking forward to the journey!

very good place to do a quick and intense workout; employees are basically like your personal trainers because they help you and push you when needed; i highly recommend this gym!
