It would help if this location and U-Haul communicated better about U-Haul rental reservation rules.
For anyone renting, you must pickup within 15 minutes of your reservation.
I didn’t get a call before my reservation was canceled and there was no information on my confirmation email about the 15 minutes grace period. Now I’m subject to more mileage fees.

Mr Buzz was very helpful during my leasing the property. I was on the property for over one year, he was always helping me solve any problems that need attention. I recommended to try leasing from Mr Buzz you never regret it.

I just rented a storage unit at the location on FM 359 in. Richmond, Texas. Buzz ( Property Manager) was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. The office spells great.
The facility is well-maintained and clean.
Prices for the units are very affordable.
I recommend everyone to check this out before you put your storage somewhere else.
I am completely satisfied and feel that my belongings are safe

So far everything has been great. The front office staff was incredibly helpful and professional and so is the corporate customer support.
Facilities were clean and well maintained.

Known buzz forever.. Something isn’t right for the past month.. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHATS GOING ON??? Buzz has never done this.

Do not set up auto pay. This place continued to charge even though the unit was closed out the previous month, getting a refund through them was impossible. Everyone you talk to says they can't do anything. I had to put a stop payment through my bank and have my bank get my refund. For the price they charge use a buisness that will actually do right by their customers.

They were not prepared for my rental, and when I received it the guy apologized for the messy truck. It was my first time to rent a truck so I didn’t know how clean to expect it so i responded to the questions indicating it was clean. When I returned the truck to a different U-Haul, I was told it wasn’t clean so I had to pay extra for it to be cleaned! So beware you have to be very specific about even the smallest amount of dirt on the floorboard

We had a billing issue that was rectified immediately when I contacted the location manager. Buzz was professional, friendly, courteous and very helpful. I appreciate his help in fixing our issue. Buzz - Thank You very much for helping me today
