STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!! I paid for the wiper "warranty" two years ago. Basically a discounted wiper plan. Replaced them last year without issue. Go in today, almost a year later, and now they say I only paid for one (1) wiper and that i replaced that one in May. Um, havent been in since last year.. Manager was super unhelpful (Cesar) and only offered me the 1-800 number for help. They werent any better. They wanted me to pay for it again. Dont go near this place. Fortunatly there are several other and much more reputable places nearby to shop at. This place is horrible.!!!

Harold said he needed the invoice number before he could replace my one year old battery purchased in corpus. I went back to my car. Called the corpus store, they gave me the invoice number that Harold could have looked up. Harold exchanged the battery without any apologies for being an A H. His goal was to make me regret ever doing business with his employer. Harold, you succeeded. Have a wonderful Christmas, jerk.

Lyn helped me as I did have a lot questions in regards to waranity on my battery. He was communicative and helped me install my new battery for my Mercedes in 104 degrees. I gotta give it to him

My husband has warranty on a battery we purchased at another location. Advance auto parts personnel made sure we got 5 star customer service. They took the time to help us make sure our warranty was going to cover the coat of the swap for a new battery. Thanks

Would not recommend. The untrained personal, would not or could not honor a warranty from a purchase made less than two weeks ago. Advanced is an amazing company but this branch has a clear lack of hard working respectful employees.

Came to the store late at about 8:30pm with a dead battery. John was extremely nice, calm and had an incredible attitude. Didn’t make me feel bad at all for coming in late. He ran a test for me and changed the battery. Thanks John, for giving such a pleasant experience

My go-to for quick and easy day-to-day autocare for my Jeep! It helps that they have a few Jeep owners working because owning a Jeep is similar to joining a cult! LOL.They really "get-it" and know first-hand how to make sure you feel good about what you are doing and satisfied with your purchase decision and you are making a good move with your Jeep repair/modification/maintenance purchase.These guys are GREAT!

“Manager” was beyond lazy and I’ve never experienced such poor customer service as this place. The manager literally laughed at me when I asked for a battery install. His reason you might ask “it’s too cold” so I was out of luck until a friend could jump my car. I will never recommend an advanced auto parts to anyone. Save your money and sanity and go elsewhere. This place is a joke and Walmart will treat you better smh.
