THE MOST TERRIBLE SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I CAME INTO THE STORE TO PURCHASE A NEW PHONE SINCE MINE ENDED UP BREAKING AND I WANTED TO PAY IN CASH AND THEY TOLD ME THEY DON'T ACCEPT CASH AT ALL AND THE FACT I HAVE BEEN TO THAT STORE PRIOR AND THEY TOOK CASH ONLY TO TELL ME THEY ONLY TAKE CARD WAS THE FIRST ISSUE. I ASKED TO PURCHASE THE 16 PRO MAX AND THE LADY TOLD ME THEY DON'T HAVE ANY IN STOCK AND SAID I WOULD HAVE TO GET IT SHIPPED STATING IT'LL TAKE UP TO 1 MONTH. I CAN'T WAIT WHEN I NEEDED A PHONE ON THE SPOT SO I ASKED TO GET THE 16 PRO AND I WANTED IT IN BLACK AND SHE PROCEEDS TO TELL ME ITS ONLY WHITE AND SILVER. SO BEFORE I ASK HER TO GET THE PHONE I ASKED TO MAKE SURE IF I WANT TO RETURN PHONE WHAT IS MY WAITING PERIOD SHE SAID 14 DAYS. I SAID OKAY THAT IS FINE WILL I BE ABLE TO BRING BACK PHONE WITH NO ISSUES, SHE SAID AS LONG AS YOU ARE TRYING TO EXCHANGE YOU'LL JUST PAY THE DIFFERENCE OF THE TAX THAT'LL COME TO THE PHONE. SHE BRINGS OUT THE 16 PRO AND I REALIZE THE PHONE IS WAY TOO SMALL AND NOT THE PHONE I WANTED. SHE TELLS ME I CAN EXCHANGE FOR THE DIFFERENCE WHICH IS 25 DOLLARS. SHE THEN SAYS SHE ACTUALLY CANNOT DO THAT AND HAS TO CHARGE ME A RESTOCKING FEE WHICH WAS NOT MENTIONED PRIOR TO HER BRINGING ME THE PHONE AND ALLOWING ME TO SWIPE FOR PURCHASE. SHE GOES ON TO SAY THEY DO HAVE A 16 PRO MAX IN BLACK BUT 512G, I SAID THAT'S FINE I WILL RATHER GET THAT PHONE INSTEAD FOR EXCHANGE AND SHE SAID SHE HAS NO CHOICE TO CHARGE ME RESTOCKING FEE AND I HAVEN'T EVEN LEFT THE STORE AND IT WASN'T MENTIONED PRIOR TO ME GETTING THE 16 PRO. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NEED PEOPLE WHO ARE EXPERIENCED.

Great service from the store manager, Mr Daniel Morales.
He has the passion for customer service and the patience to listen and explain.
Definitely will recommend my friends to visit this store and ask for his help.

this is a horrible store to visit initially they tell you that you have 14 days for full refund BUT BEWARE when i went to get refund because there was no service inside my house they charged me $55 for each phone plus i lost the money for the trade in phones i had turned it...so PLEASE do not turn in your trading phone becuase once they have their greasy hands on it you will never see the phone again to make long story short i lost $165 plus three phone apple 12 worth $1200
never do business with them again

Daniel, the manager helped us out. He was very polite and knowledgeable about his job. There was some issues that he was able to overcome.
