Great location! Clean! Knowledgeable and professional employees! Special kudos to Ryon Bell "The king" for his persistent and patient customer service. I spoke to over 7+ representatives and visited 4 different AT&T locations before visiting this store and receiving proper assistance from this specific representative. I appreciate it! Poor customer service and josh has no knowledge on how to order a phone the proper way. On both occasions I walked in and only josh was there to assist which was no help at all. This place needs proper management and josh needs to be taught on how to work the system properly.

I was very satisfiedRyon worked on my problem for 2 hours and did a wonderful jobHe and Josh were professional, friendly and worked hard to make my experience great .I saw them interact with several customers and they gave each person the same personal service .

I was very pleased with the service I received at this AT&T location. Ryon(The King) was diligent and determined in his efforts to make sure my goal was accomplished.You can tell he is confident at his job because I found it quite hard to keep up with him and at first, which was a bit unsettling for me.The task unexpectedly became tedious, but i was very impressed by his drive and tenacity in trying to find a way to get things done.He was more than pleased to continue to work after the stores closed, waiting for a resolution from other sources. Overall, the task was accomplished. The other associate(Josh) at the store was also helpful, I think he was the manager - due to his cool demeanor and diplomatic approach; however, I don't recall his name. All the same, keep up the good work!

Very bad experience. I wish i could give 0 star. My brother upgraded phone at att Aliana, TX. JOSH helped for the upgrade, he confirmed that we shall receive lunpsum credit for my old phone instead of monthly credit.After this we called att customer service, they told we shall not get lumpsum credit but credit each month for next 36 months. My phone was paid off and unlocked. Now he will have to wait for my new upgraded phone to payout for next 36 months and if I don't opt and pay for ATT NEXT, I will not be able to upgrade my new device before 36 months. A perfect example of misinformation and deceptive, misleading information despite of asking specifically the question. ATT should train their representatives at store properly.

"I recently visited this store and was disappointed by the lack of knowledge and poor customer service provided by one of the agents. When I asked for help with a product, the agent seemed unaware and uninterested in providing any useful information. Additionally, the agent left us mid-inquiry to assist another customer, even though there was already an available agent to help that customer. It was frustrating to have to stand and wait for the agent to return, while other customers were given priority. Overall, I was not satisfied with the service provided and would hesitate to visit again."
