If I could rate this place BELOW zero, I would. The staff here were beyond rude, dripping with racial undertones in how they spoke to me. The so-called āmanagerāāa woman with zero professionalismācussed me out in front of everyone. Ryan? Completely useless, stood there and did nothing. This location is a disgrace. Go to Rosenberg if you actually want respect, because this dump isnāt it. And best believe, Iām taking this WAY higher.

I believe itās important to acknowledge excellent service when it is received and that is exactly what I experienced with team member Rayn! The service I needed required an extensive amount of time yet he was friendly, patient, and explained the process so that I was educated and informed about what was happening. Throughout this process of about 4 hours there were other customers entering and he handled their needs but always ensured that I was ok making me feel that he had not forgotten me. I believe that Rayn exhibited above and beyond service and made me feel valued as a customer! I also appreciated that his colleague Anthony was there to step in if needed - great teamwork!

I had a very disappointing experience with AT&T at one of their stores. The store manager, Sehar, offered me a plan that was supposed to cost $100 total for 5 SIM cards, include international calling for free, and come with $1,000 in gift cards and other benefits.
However, when I received my first bill, it was $220, which is completely different from what was promised.
This feels dishonest and misleading. I trusted the information I was given in-store, but now I feel scammed. When I tried to get answers, nothing was resolved. I wouldnāt recommend dealing with this store unless you get everything in writing and double-check with customer service.
AT&T should hold their store managers accountable for giving false information just to close a sale.

Horrible customer service. The rep Rayn took several personal calls on his cell during my visit and spent most of the time thumbing through his phone than assisting. I purchased the iPhone 16 Pro Max and apparently it was taking too long for my old phone to transfer info over to the new phone and he told me he was going on break and if I needed further assistance he would let one of the people know in the back of the store. He rushed me through the phone set up and I'm still trying to figure out controls for this new phone. I won't be back to this location.
