I visited this store and purchased a Samsung 24 Ultra with the assumption that the Samsung A12 phone I had was a trade in in order to receive the phone free. I was told by the sales rep any any Samsung phone qualifies. The sales rep did not check their system to see if the phone qualified. I spent countless time on the phone with customer service and the guidance I received was that the store need to make it right since I was given bad info. I have yet to get this rectified. I have visited the store and spoke to the manager and yet to get a resolution. My recommendation is that they need to train the sales rep properly and do not go to an authorized dealer to do business unless you are buying accessories. Until this situation I have been pleased with AT&T.Very Unsatisfied Customer

I came to the team at that store with a complex problem with my business account. Mark M. Stayed with me through the entire process, until past closing time, to ensure my account was handled correctly. He kept me very informed and reassured throughout my visit that I would get the issues with the account corrected. I am thrilled with the service I received from Mark.

Trying to transfer an existing phone to an existing AT&T account and the messed it up incredibly poorly. Went to the Modily AT&T retailer and they ended up loosing the phone number then adding two new numbers to the account and adding a bunch of extra services we did not want. We went from ZERO spam calls to about 20 EVERY DAY. STAY AWAY FROM THE MODILY AT&T STORE AT US 59 AND GRAND PARKWAY IN SUGAR LAND TX!!!! THEY WILL TRY TO CHEAT YOU OUT OF EVERY PENNY YOU HAVE.

Great team here! Mariah, Mohamed and Enrique are amazing. I came in due to some issues with phone calls. Everyone worked together to resolve the issue. I appreciate the team and their willingness to go above and beyond for their customers. Superb customer service!

Was at the AT&T store today to get a sim card but we ended up getting a phone too. The manager Mariah was very helpful, she went above and beyond to help my grandma out with all her questions, she was super nice to her and I am grateful for that.

We came in this store after going into two others and I’m so happy we did, the manager Mariah did an awesome job helping us and getting us some pretty good deals! We will definitely be coming back to this location for future transactions! Thank you for such great service!

Came in due to some issues with connecting an iwatch i purchased from BestBuy. The ATT employees were Very helpful and took care of all my issues. I even ended up getting another watch while i was there.

Bought the new iPhone here last week and activated a new line on my account.Everyone was helpful in store and easy to converse with. We worked with Mariah and another gentleman.However, my only issue is that we were not made aware of extra charges added to the account and DID NOT agree to the following (device insurance - 17.00/mo and nextup early upgrade - 6.00/mo).As anyone would be, we were very surprised when it was attached to our bill for the month. And, as a long time AT&T customer, this left us extremely disappointed... :/Luckily AT&T support was able to help recitfy this and reverse all un-agreed charges.Best bet is the Corporate Store in Town Center for all your AT&T needs. Customer service there is exceptional and you’ll have a better experience.

This was my first time visiting this store and I’ve been a customer for many years with AT&T, and I’ve never had such great customer service before until I came here. I was greeted at the door and was assisted by amazing staff. The manager was super knowledgeable about all the products. Ulysses and Mariah explained our expected first bill. I would 100% recommend this store.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICEThere truly used to be a time that customers were treated like they matter, because the employees and management appreciated the people that brought them business.While many places these days fall very short of that, this AT&T store stands out. Mariah and her team are awesome! Mariah is the store manager at this location and she went out of her way, more than one day, to do all that she could to make my experience right. I was at the store long enough one day to watch her go to another store to get a device for another customer - in the rain! The level of above and beyond that she went to is what my grandpa used to call "Service with a Smile"As a previous manager in retail and in my capacity in the legal field today, I can recognize an amazing leader that cares. I'm sure Mariah does not get the praise or appreciation she deserves, but absolutely wish her the best in her career endeavors. Thank you so much for your time and help!
