I purchased a set of rear shocks for my SUV and the employee told me he would call me when they came in from the wharehouse. I never received a call so I called them and they said the shocks had come in. I went to pick them up and only one was there. I had already paid for both and the employee literally asked me if he “should try to have the other one sent from the wharehouse”. I told him of course and that they are already paid for. I asked the employee when the second one would be there and he literally said, “ probably tomorrow”. The conversation continued to go that way until I just left out of complete frustration. The second one is supposed to be in today but I will not hold my breath waiting on a phone call. Steer clear of this location.

At 6 am on Sunday I discovered that the tire was flat, I tried to change it, but due to the fact that the wheels had not been changed for a long time, two bolts broke, and I arrived at the store and Matthew was there in the morning, he helped me find a mechanic who works on Sunday at 8 am.

Great customer service! There are two female employees (sorry I didn't catch their names) extremely knowledgeable. I stopped by a month ago and today...always helpful. Thumbs up for them!!!!!!

No stars if possible. Walk in to ask for a product. The first employee walked away as I started talking and was no help. Everyone else was just standing around watching me i instead of asking if I needed as I aimlessly stared at the shelves searching. They said nothing to me on my way out when I couldn’t find what I was looking for. They Just watched me leave as they were thankful that they didn’t have to do their job, sell something, and work for a paycheck.

Went in for a new battery. Received a first-class service. Anthony and the team went above and beyond for a simple battery purchase. They didn't have to help with the price and replacement, but they did. Nothing short of a FIRST-CLASS SERVICE!!!

Would rate zero if it was an option. Does not stand behind their warranty. Would not replace as warranty states. Had trouble twice. Neither lasted the 2 years. Auto Batteries they sell are junk. They don't last more than one year. Save yourself a headache and buy somewhere else. Horrible customer service.

I called this autozone to getting pricing on one battery. The lady that answered the phone was very rude, short with her answers and didn’t give me the proper information I was asking for. Instead she kept giving me the price of two batteries when I clearly kept telling her I only needed the price for one. Leaving it up to me to figure out how much one would cost. The level of customer service was terrible and I don’t recommend anyone to use this autozone.
