This location for the past 5 years has declined when it comes to access to faster service. There is only 1 ATM outside for drive thru and the inside ATM is in and out of order. This being one of the biggest financial institutions it definately lacks the amenities to service a large growing community. Appointments are always full and the service in the tellers area is very limited. Bank of America should add additional tellers and ATM machines to prevent these long drive through lines that are close to a dozen come the afternoon rush hour.

Worst customer service I've seen in any bank. 10-4 M-F. One teller most of the time. Management sits around. 9 customers in line, one employee helping customers. Manager made everyone in line wait an additional 15 minutes so they could pull the one teller they had to check in a cash drop from Dunbar. Drive thru was closed. Joke of a franchise. If this is indicative of how BoA runs the entire company should all be out of business.

We have banked at this center for 15+ years. We have had great customer service but over the last several years it has plummeted! Looks closed most of the time - even when open. They permanently closed the drive through - what Bank does that?!?!? Other BoA centers have a special line for Advantage customers - not this location. Everyone -members & non-members all wait in the same long line for the 1 attendant to assist you. To get into a security box - you wait almost as long and then (now) the attendant wait with you in the room!!! What is that!!!!!
