Terrible place to shop. A long line to pay with only two cashiers, and one of them decides to close her register to organize items that were already there at the checkout... no respect for the customer.

I purchased a couple of perfumes, and when I got home, I realized they were already expired. I went back to the store within a couple of hours to return them, but the assistant manager, Ms. Phoung, was extremely unprofessional. She insisted the items could not be returned simply because they had been opened — even though they were sold to me in that condition — and then oddly directed me to go to a different location.
When I asked to see the return policy, she said she “felt” she wouldn’t be able to resell the items, which made no sense since I had just purchased them in the exact same packaging. Realizing I wasn’t getting anywhere with her, I requested to speak with the store manager. The manager took one look and immediately approved the return, confirming that the products were still in their original packaging and had been purchased only hours earlier.
This clearly upset Ms. Phoung, but she had no choice but to process the return. The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. This will be my last visit to this store — I’ll be taking my business somewhere that values customer service

There is this one lady employee reorganizing items in home area, who was passing racial comments while other people were passing by. She was even slamming items on shelves to show frustration. Very inhumane.

As you enter you'll see a long line at check out! Why? Because the staff is busy elsewhere and the store will have one or two registers open, not now. Even those registers are slow as the staff there step away every few minutes to rearrange hangers behind the registers. Dirty restrooms, disorganized shelves, it's not the most appealing store to visit.

Great store with so much of variety . Clothes, fashion , accessories what not . Reasonable prices and whole lot of variety/ options . Helpful staff

There’s only one person at the register. The manager did not assist. The manager requested someone to help but no help for the young lady. It’s over 40 people standing in line to check out. New better management and leadership. I’ve been waiting at least 30.

This Burlington location is extremely disorganized, and the customer service is terrible. I’ve shopped at several Burlington stores before, but this one is by far the worst. During a busy time, there was only one cashier working, and the line was incredibly long. Meanwhile, several employees were standing around without assisting customers. The cashier who helped me moved very slowly and appeared completely disengaged—I honestly questioned whether they were fit to be working.i waited on Th line to check out 30 minutes. To make matters worse, I even found a tick on one of the clothing items. Absolutely unacceptable experience.

Understaffed. Had to wait 10+ minutes just to get assistance with the bags. Lady at the register had an attitude when I asked if someone was coming to assist my sister and I.

Very messy and disorganized store. Most of the shelves on Home sections are empty and scattered all over the place. Not enough collection. Such a waste. I wish I could have taken some pictures.
