I brought in an older car (1996) with an automated radio antenna that wouldn't retract, meaning I couldn't run it through a car wash. The General Manager, Kyle, spent an hour of his time accessing the mechanism and researching replacement options. It turns out that replacement parts are no longer available because of the car's age. I tried some junk yard sites without success. I brought the car back and told Kyle I could do without the radio but still wanted the antenna down, meaning an ability to visit the local car wash. The Caliber Collision crew managed to disconnect the antenna system and wiring, allowing retraction.
All told, Kyle and his people spent over 2 hours on my old car - total charge; $0.00. They are good people and do good work.

I have had my vehicles serviced here several times over the years, and every time my expectations were exceeded. And here again I came for inspection of a small bumper repair, not expecting anything more, yet I received my car back within 20 minutes with repair completed. Mike (I think that was the name of my helper @ Caliber Collision) did a fantastic job. Thank you!

Was in a bind messed up the door on my new truck. Before escalating the issue with insurance, went to Caliber and spoke to Stephanie. She sorted it out and actually fixed the issue in about 5 minutes. This is the second time I’ve been to this location, first was to fix my older truck after a fender bender, both times excellent. Do your self a favor ask for Stephanie!

Took our car here for repairs on an insurance claim. The entire process was smooth. We worked with Stephanie and she coordinated the drop off and assisted with the rental vehicle as well. They sent messages about the repair updated along with timelines. Overall experience was great and would definitely recommend others to get work done at this location. Thank you!

I came in once and asked for a quote and the guy said theyd email me it and they never did. Later i went back asking if they could give me a quote and once again, they said theyd email it to me but they never did. Waited 2 weeks in total so just went to a different place

Don't even give it a second thought. Great Work, Great Customer Service, Good Turnaround Time, Walk-through process with insurance was fantastic, & lastly many updates by text which was a major plus. I hope I don't have to visit them soon considering the circumstances, however will definitely be returning if need be. They are my go to!!
