Great body shop! They got my car repairs completed a full week ahead of schedule and they even delivered the car to my residence and had it cleaned for me! The entire process was smooth. They kept me updated and were very thorough in explaining the entire process. Highly recommend! Thank you all! Keep up the good work!

Car got badly scraped while I was in the store shopping. Went to caliber collisions right down the road from my house. They worked with my insurance and replaced the bumper on my car as well as redid the paint. Car came out looking like the day I had bought it if not better. Excellent customer care and car repair. definitely recommend these guys!

I left my car here after some good reviews but what I got was nothing what I was expecting. They have a sms service which updates about the progress. One day before the ETA, there was no updates from the sms. Then, the day it was supposed to be ready, I received a phone call saying it would not be ready until mid of the following week.
Once again, one hour before they close, I didn't receive more updates. And seriously we are not talking about a major car damage, it was just to replace one door, any collision center can do it in less than a week. I do not recommend them and will never get back here.

The best repair I’ve experienced in all my years! Customer service from the front office was great and the repair work by the crew is second to none. True professionals that care about getting you back on the road as quickly as possible but with a high degree of finished quality.

This is the location to go to. I pick another location they refused to do the work. I called this location and Emma listen to me explain everything to her. She was extremally nice. Emma, had me send everything over she called the next morning after speaking to her boss and they said bring the truck we will get you fixed right up. They are a life saver. If I could give 100 stars I would. Thank you Emma and the team over at this location. I will send everyone to you all. Thank you Thank You. Thank you Emma for putting up with me the day before. Emma heard the frustration in my voice when she pick the phone up. After my story she said I see why you are frustrate. I apologize to her if I came across wrong, at first I was not trying to be ugly. Emma, said no I totally understand your frustration.

I usually dont write these but feel particularly irked in this case. I see alot of 5 star reviews sbout this place, but I obviously got a differant experience. I went in about a week ago to get an estimate to repair the back right corner of my 2019 RAM. I was told I would receive my estimate in my email that evening. I never saw the email so after almost a week I called and asked them to send or resend. I even gave them a differant email just in case. I've called multiple times over last two days and get nothing but put offs and excuses. Why so hard to just get an estimate? My small damage not worth your time guys?
