The staff is very professional. They explained the procedure in easy way to understand. Also, they were very sweet to my daughter and calmed her down because she was scared.

I was recently a patient here for acute appendicitis and I felt very well taken care of through my whole visit. The care team- especially my nurse Thomas, the physician, and the CT tech- was thorough and efficient and made the best experience possible for an otherwise painful and stressful situation. I appreciated the bedside manner, pain management, and communication from all of them. Thank you to all those involved.

I’ve been coming to this emergency room for over six years, and up until recently, I always had great experiences here. I’ve even recommended this facility to family and friends because of the quality of care I used to receive. Unfortunately, my last two visits have completely changed my opinion.
Both times, the common denominator was a nurse named Thomas. He consistently demonstrates a lack of compassion and professionalism. His bedside manner is cold, dismissive, and far from what you’d expect in healthcare.
During my most recent visit, I was there to support a patient, and when Thomas came in to give her discharge papers, his attitude was shockingly rude and unhelpful. All he said was, “We didn’t see anything.” When we tried to ask follow-up questions—like whether it was a strain or a sprain—his only response was, “Yes.” That’s not how you communicate with a patient who’s in pain and looking for clarity.
What upset me most is that I was the one who recommended this care center to her. Watching her be treated as if her pain didn’t matter was truly disappointing and hurtful. It’s unacceptable for any patient to feel dismissed or disrespected, especially by someone who is supposed to be providing care.
I have already requested a call from a supervisor and intend to escalate this concern further to corporate. Thomas has really changed my view of this center, and it will no longer be my first choice for care.

$100,000 for a 24-hour bill, 1 X-ray, and IV antibiotics. Avoid that place. 😡

Excellent ER Experience
We came to the emergency room because my daughter had a dangerously high fever of 106. The doctor we saw was incredibly professional, calm, and reassuring throughout the visit. He carefully examined her, explained each step clearly, and guided us through the process to bring her fever down. Thanks to his attentive care, her temperature came down to 98 before we were discharged. I truly appreciate the way he handled the situation and how thorough and compassionate he was. Highly recommend this ER and especially the doctor who treated us!

I had a 4+ hour trip here to this ER last night, it’s very close to my house and I was feeling so miserable.. everyone working was so wonderful and helpful! Christina at the front desk was very very sweet, she was welcoming and calm. Brenden, the radiology tech and Celeste, the nurse were both great. My conversations with both of them helped distract from my pain, which was so so helpful in that moment. Dr Narula was also very wonderful. He was very determined to figuring out the cause of my problems/pain, he listened to medical history and asked a lot of questions, he definitely wanted to be thorough. I appreciate all the help I received last night and would recommend to others and go back if needed!

All 5 stars is for the receptionist that Was so informative, patient, and understanding with me. This young lady was very professional and polite to me and my daughter. The medical staff (no one introduced themselves or gave their titles) was not very family oriented/friendly. They weren’t professional. They didn’t make me feel like I was in the best care and they knew what they were doing. If that make sense. They one person in scrubs told me soon as I walked in the room. “You know this visit is going to be very expensive for you” he didn’t even give my child an exam before he said that foolishness. Maybe I caught them on a bad day or something but I will never go here again. The receptionist was a great hire! Should’ve got her name.

The staff were very attentive, empathetic, and have a soft touch. Dr. Narula was a fantastic physician. He was informative and thorough in his examinations to rule out whatever could be the ailment.

I had a serious knee effusion and can’t even stand properly, trust me I checked in this emergency room in wheelchair and checked out by walking myself. Very friendly and professional staff, I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for the care, support and treatment provided by doctor and their staff. Your commitment to your patients is truly admirable & I would highly recommend this emergency center to everyone.

I began going here when my son began to walk. I even go here, my husband comes here. As a family we wouldn’t want to go anywhere else but here. Why? Besides the swiftness care, my family and I get exceptional care. You can truly see they have love and passion for helping their patients. I sincerely believe they love what they do! And they do a pretty darn good job too! God bless them.

Dr. Narula obviously thinks his patients are idiots, it was like pulling teeth just to get him to show me my test results, his nurse twisted the IV when I finally asked to be discharged, and he acted like I was in the wrong for coming for chest pain. I’d rather go see my primary and know that he truely has the best intentions for me, because Dr Narula and his staff obviously don’t care and are just there for a paycheck. They gave me unnecessary meds, if I needed a breathing treatment I’d have done one at home, and wanted to run unnecessary tests. They treated me like I was drug seeking when I needed help.
