The inventory and organization is great in this store. However, the drawback for me is the customer service. I go to this store frequently and find the employees gossiping and using their phones rather than attending to the customers and being helpful when asking them questions. I asked an employee if my 4 year old son can go to their restroom and she looked at her coworker for a good while and said simply "no." I belive I have seen that they have allowed another child to use the restroom another time. This incident was disheartening. I wish there was a change at this Carters as it is the closest to me and I do not want to travel farther.

Appreciate you guys working/being open today 03/31/24. Immensely helped me out with a last minute outfit for my baby boy! Ordered it online for pickup, was ready wayy before the time I stopped by for it. Decided to browse the store since it was my first time visiting one in person. For sure will be a go to for me now It’s like heaven in there Everything very well kept and the clothes allll in order you don’t have to take your time shuffling through the whole rack like in other clothing stores.??????Hope my future stops there are just as great! ??

Everything in store was good. We had great time while shopping. But carts aren't available to put baby's car seat on them.

Friendly and helpful customer service and plenty of options for kids ages 0-11. I miss the days I could bring my kids to Carters to shop but still enjoy shopping here for friends and family.

I bought shoes from this store for my son, but they didn’t fit when I took them home. I brought back them to return with tags still in tact inside the same store bag. Sales representative, Faiqa, refused to take it back calling the shoes dirty. How can anyone wear the shoes with tags on? Worst customer service. Never coming back!

I picked this location specifically because they had curbside pickup. When I went there they said there is no curbside because they have staff shortage. Ridiculous!

I love Carter’s clothes and I like that they offer curbside at this location. Down side it takes a while when you order online.
