BEWARE. WILL NEVER RETURN. PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS. Their alignment price went up from $199 in April to $314.99 in August. Their alignment today costs $314.99 when the next nearest Christian Brothers charges only $174.95 ( a difference of $140.04). Their oil change today costs $170.92 when the next nearest Christian Brothers charges only $71.97 (a difference of $98.95). Their emailed report on my car which I received AFTER my car was returned also showed that I had a dirty air filter that needed replacing but they didn’t bother to tell me about it. They had my car from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm and didn’t bother to replace that filter. Sloppy and crazy expensive. Frightening to think about the quality or lack thereof of their workmanship.

$315 for an alignment and $170 for an oil change! If you want to get ripped off and pay way more than other Christian Brothers then please take your car here! Also, they had my car an entire day and never let me know that I needed a new air filter until it was picked up and too late for them to do it. This place is a complete joke!!!

I went to Christian Brothers Automotive - Waterside for my annual state inspection. I scheduled it online just a few hours earlier. I was in and out in a jiffy!

I want to first compliment the customer service. All of the staff that I encountered, were very friendly and inviting. My issue was more so with the service. I originally brought my car in for a coolant flush and coolant refill, as a light came on in my car. I did a full inspection with Christian Brother's and according to their inspection, my car was good to go. About two days later, the coolant refill light comes back on, and at this point I am convinced there is a slow leak. I call and Hayden lets me know it is good to gone ahead and bring it back in, so that can figure out what was the cause. I bring it back, and after being with the car for 6 hours, they let me know that "we found nothing wrong with it just a few air bubbles." As soon as I drive off, the light is back on. I take my car to BMW for official repairs, and as soon as they popped my hood we could noticeably see where Christian Brother's broke my coolant vent line, as well as the cap to the coolant container was not restored properly. This was expensive and overall a waste of time. I would genuinely appreciate an honest interaction and encounter, as well as a detailed workup.
