I am calling out your employee Mo. If he's still employed, you have to look into him. A while ago I was at the location to buy a phone case and as he was the only one there, he told me the card reader wasn't working and made me pay through Zelle. I don't know if that goes against your policy and it seems very unprofessional since there's no way to make a record of that payment. I should have gone to a different location then and there but decided to go through with it anyway. For all I know the money could have just been pocketed as he told me what information to put in for the contact. Anyone could stage a card reader malfunction and you have to make some protocol in place for this issue being avoided when people will feel betrayed getting scammed by their own mobile carrier.
At that same time he encouraged me to get some customer deal my line is eligible with but it was a one-on-one conversation. At the other Cricket locations, no one has ever gotten too personal about deals. They've only ever rung me up for what I came for, mention the deal lightly, and then I get to leave. Mo put some pressure on that and it's not right to get that at your mobile carrier. My family and I are avoiding this location forever.

The store man was helpful and nice,but he changed his words. We came up with 135$total and next day they charged me 153$, by the way he is swiping your card through.

This place is a joke instead of charging me directly through the cricket system like all regular stores do they literally called someone up and gave them my card information then proceeded to up charge me by $20 and they decided to add an unnecessary warranty to my plan after leaving I ended up spending a total of $68 and get this they couldn’t even activate my SECOND LINE because their E SIM bs wasn’t working correctly so I ended up waking up the next day with a charge of $14 still due on my account I ended up having to call cricket customer service and they ended up correcting it and they told me the only charge they saw for them was for $40 this place is a SCAM STAY AWAY AT ALL COST

My husband and I went here to get new phones. Our experience at this location was some of the greatest service I ever had! Moe was extremely helpful and very polite! Recently seen a social media advertisement on my fb about cricket went by and am definitely switching phone companies next week .. just couldn't pass up a great deal like this .. The rep NINA in the store was very great at informing me wat awesome options and how many different phones I qualified to get by just switching over !!! Recommended highly !!!!!
