I love this gym! I have been attending the early morning classes here between 3-6 days a week for about two years. My entire family goes to this gym and we love it! It's a great gym for beginners and experienced athletes -- young and old -- everyone! Great community and excellent variety of WODs. The lobby area, bathrooms, and showers are always very clean and tidy. The equipment is in good shape. The early morning classes have really filled up. Sometimes they are crowded, but it's hard to complain about people taking their health seriously. They have a good amount of fun competitions and activities! The staff is the best -- we LOVE Coach Liz and Coach Jeremy! Coach Jeremy is the best! #1 -- I recommend this gym for drop ins and for long term gym users.

Today marks 18 incredible months since I joined BNKR, and I can honestly say this place is nothing short of extraordinary. There’s no other gym in the greater Houston area that compares. Every day, I look forward to coming here—it’s become my daily therapy, my sanctuary. The sense of community and the family atmosphere at BNKR is something truly special, always inspiring and pushing everyone to grow and become the best version of themselves. The coaches are beyond amazing—supportive, uplifting, and genuinely invested in our progress. Thanks to them, I’ve transformed both mentally and physically, becoming a stronger, more centered version of myself. I am a better person because of BNKR, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

This fitness center has fantastic coaches, their classes are well organized and every day has different theme of workout. My one month training with this center has put me in a higher level of physical and mental wellbeing. I wish I would have joined here much earlier! Special thanks to coach Efren and coach Liz for being so helpful and encouraging. Keep leading the way! This is a great place to start your fitness journey.

I cannot rave about BNKR enough. I look forward to going each and every day! Not only is it a great atmosphere from the moment you walk in, but each one of the coaches and members are kind, encouraging, and they motivate you to be your strongest. Not only that, but I look forward to seeing what workout we will be doing that day because every day is different and let me tell you they never disappoint! I sure hope they will be around for a long, long time because I am never leaving! Highly recommend!

BNKR... I started exactly one year ago bc I wanted to learn how to do cleans. This box has changed my life, I put in the work and they showed up everytime I needed to learn a new movement. I am stronger, and more confident thanks to this one of a kind Crossfit box. ALL the coaches are indredible, helpful, kind and knowledgeable. And Ty and Liz take care of this baby (BNKR) with so much love, I feel thankful they share their expertise with us. I recommend anyone wanting to commit to their health and longevity to try them, because you will stick around for a long long time once you do 😉.

TLDR: Great people, great facilities, and great culture. BNKR is terrific!I was looking for a gym that could push my limits on athleticism and strength as they were at an all time low. I am typically just training as a long distance runner, but wanted something to build total body strength without having to develop my own routines. I have always been skeptical of crossfit gyms/culture as it always seemed over the top and cult-like from long ago. I was pushed to try one by my sister who joined a gym in ATL. I am happy to say that I was very wrong about my preconceived notions (at least with respect to BNKR)! I am super happy with the results and feel like I am already much stronger with returning athleticism that I have not tapped into since probably HS/college.Here is my review of the BNKR gym as I just finished the 3 month trial and have already renewed for longer:Fitness: The fitness programming is great. It really focuses on all aspects of the body. I feel as though I have gotten much stronger across all muscle groups (even my long, lanky bird legs are getting stronger). I really appreciate the modifications they promote if you are not functionally ready for some of the olympic style lifts). They offer modified/scaled workouts, a hustle workout (speed), and machine shop options (more intense) in every workout that day. A lot of options to make you feel comfortable.Coaches: The coaches are terrific. They are really welcoming and do an excellent job of training you. I was very much new to crossfit in general and was unfamiliar with almost all of the kinetic/momentum-based movements. Not only do they help you during warmups/the actual workouts with form and function, but coaches are always there and have stopped what they were doing in the gym to come over and coach me before classes start and during open gym times. Coaching was important to me as injuries can really set you back and you really want experienced and knowledgeable coaches at the gym.Culture: I can see why it is a prevailing joke in the population that "the first rule of crossfit is you always talk about crossfit." I can only speak for this specific crossfit gym, but it really seems like a great gym with great people that you can go to workout and treat as a refuge. I have met some really great people in this gym in a short time and they have all been welcoming and motivating everyday.
