I highly recommend CubeSmart Storage at the Harlem location. What stands out is the customer service - Tam who you will find at the front desk most days, greets you with a big smile and goes out of her way to help and work with customers based on their needs.
Sure, you can find many places to store things, but you cannot find many places with better customer service!

If I could leave this place zero stars I would.
My storage was broken into without forced entry. The front office had my key to allow for deliveries when I am not available. This is one of the “benefits” that they offer. The amount of stuff that they took would have taken hours to pull out of there and could only have been pulled off by the employees. They used a key to get in.
Contacted corporate office, no call back. They don’t care.
Police are involved.
Steer clear of this place unless you don’t care about your belongings. They hire thieves to watch over your stuff.

I have been renting with Cubesmart for two years now I had some events happening in my life that were unexpected so I quickly threw what I needed into a storage room before I left Texas. Tam and her boss are very understanding, professional individuals who could answer any questions I had regarding renting with them because this was my first storage room. It's a relief to know that my stuff is left in good hands by its property owners while I am distant, good people are here to help!!

I would give this place 0 stars! Lets start with the fake reviews and the real ones! MUTIPLE UNITS are being broken into and a significant amount of items are being taken from the units. Literally would take hours to take from a unit! They are being broken into overnight after hours! The business owners have 24 hour access to the property! The GATE is easy to access they will allow you to buy your own lock but they will also place their locks on the other doors and the fake doors if you purchase bigger units. They will state the lock is missing all of a sudden and next you know your unit is broken into and all your items are GONE. They state they walk the property 3 times a day! We all know that’s not true! The least you could do is keep our items secure especially when we are paying a lot every month and report a break ins to the current people storing there items here! Staff is VERY INCONSIDERATE AND RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and SIMPLE MINDED about the situation! Not CONCERNED AT ALL, AS IT HAPPENS EVERYDAY! The lack of PROFESSIONALISM is ridiculous! They do not care about investing in security or keeping your valuables safe but I tell you one thing they will care about, A DETECTIVE BEING CALLED OUT, FOOTAGE BEING PULLED, EMAILS REQUESTING FOR MORE SECURITY MEASURES, CALL LOGS SHOWING A FAUILURE OF RETURNING MULTIPLE CALLS, A LAWSUIT, AND MUCH MORE! I never been so disgusted in my life! Corporate you can save your petty , I don’t want it! We WILL be taking LEGAL ACTION against this storage company. If want your items stolen, and disregarded like TRASH and want to deal with simple minded co workers, come here!! Come rent tomorrow they are available! Good luck ! Just TRASH!

Mother in law just had her stuff stolen from this facility. Thousands of dollars worth of items from jewelry, electronics, shoes, and more. Be cautious putting your items at this facility. She’s so depressed and disappointed. Very unpleasant business security too
