Positive: clean complex- staff is friendly and welcoming
Negative: staff is also misleading in the fee structures and information about complex. For example, I found out from a family member in law enforcement that they go to this complex alot due to high number of crime calls. The staff member confirmed this when we left.
Overall, storage experience was good

The Property is extremely clean and customer service is great. Carolyn is very helpful and thoughtful and will be missed. My advice is that you guys continue doing and giving your best.

They constantly raised the price just about every month. What started as a $50 a month unit quickly almost doubled. Staff is misleading. Wanted to charge rent for the next month despite cancelling at the beginning of the previous month. Had multiple units with them so it wasn’t an isolated incident. Overall worst storage unit experience. And we’ve had experience with smaller local ones as well as nation wide ones. Stay away!!!

Would have been helpful if there was a timetable of when an employee was actually going to be on the property don't say available from 6am to 10 pm when the employee doesn't actually turn up until 9:30am. Would also have been helpful if we had received an email on how to get the lock for the storage. The app is not helpful either. Disappointed on the first time experience

I had a great experience at Public Storage thanks to Carolyn! She was super friendly and efficient, making the whole process quick and easy. What really stood out was how kind she was to my little one—she even made him laugh, which definitely made our day. It’s always nice to deal with someone who clearly enjoys their job and treats people with care. Thanks again, Carolyn!

Made reservation on line. Gave me a space that was not accessible. No staff on grounds or via phone at 3:45 pm. The online reservation charged me for a lock automatically with NO option to op out. But there is no staff in the office to provide the lock.
What a waste of time.

Miss Carolyn and Christian were absolutely amazing in helping me secure my new storage unit. They were so friendly, patient, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. I really appreciated their warm and welcoming service—it truly made a difference. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and most importantly, very secure. I feel confident and at ease knowing my belongings are stored at this location. Highly recommend this Public Storage!

I rented a storage online and was able to move in no hassle. You can access all the gates through the app which I thought was a great high tech feature. I had additional questions and request and meet with Christin, she was helpful and had good customer service. Great experience and great deals!

Carolyn was very helpful and knowledgeable about what size storage I would need and how to best store my items. The storage area and restrooms where very clean at this location.
