  Today, I had the pleasure of speaking with Makda. She was incredibly helpful and took her time with me on the phone. She answered all my questions and conducted thorough research to assist me. It's refreshing to encounter someone who genuinely does their job with such empathy.

  I DREAD picking up any sort of medication inside and especially in the drive thru. It takes FOREVER and when I say FOREVER, I MEAN IT! Prepare to wait at the LEAST 30 mins and that depends how many cars are in front of you in line. If there are any before you, you'll be there much longer. These pharmacy people work like snails. Also, FYI, they close for lunch (30 minutes) I think it's from 11:30 - 12 noon. I know because I arrived at 11:30am, right after they put the sign up. Just my luck 🫠

  Why why why would a prescription antibiotic clearly am dealing with something come to you and you all can’t call me to say it’s not available? I waited for 3 hrs , called to see if I can come to pick it up and only to be told it’s on back order, will be filled in 2 business days. Common sense is calling the customer and offering to send it in a cvs that has prescription. Do you all know you could be risking people’s life?

  Good experience just like any other in store pharmacy section, like the one you find at Walmart.

  Terrible customer service, especially if you are “helped” by Jamat. She is rude and condescending and should not be interacting with customers. Additionally, this pharmacy has on more than one occasion promised meds by a certain day and when that day comes, all of a sudden it’s a “we have no record of this.”

  Just visited this pharmacy, and it was an absolutely horrible experience! The actual pharmacist was unfriendly from the time I stepped up to the counter. I was purchasing some Claritin that needed to be purchased in the pharmacy. I waited for someone to assist me, and a young man finally did, but when I presented him my target app to scan to utilize the coupon, but wanted to pay with my flexible spending account, it did not work for him. He turned to ask the pharmacist for assistance, to which she looked at me with a very unfriendly face and slowly started to walk toward the counter. I just told them to go ahead and pay with my app and I thanked them and left. You could tell none of them cared about service or being polite to customers and they had no interest in doing their job as pharmacists. Very unfortunate and I will not be back.

  The Pharmacist here is rude! They dispensed a wrong type of medication and when I called them to correct the mistake, the pharmacist insisted that they gave the right medication. She even told me that I am the only person that would like to return the said medication! I work in healthcare for decades, and you definitely cannot use the medication if it's the wrong type and the wrong route! Now I am doubting if there are real Registered Pharmacists working in this branch. A piece of advice for everybody, please get your prescriptions elsewhere.
