I am satisfied with this location! The Pharmacist was nice, even though she was the only employee in the Pharmacy. I’m thinking about transferring all my prescriptions to this location!

One of the worse and rudest location put u on hold and never answer phone at least Walmart on hwy 6 does 10 times better job. Whom ever manages this location in pharmacy should be fired.

There are many CVS pharmacies, I have been to several however, 10241W Grand Pkwy S stands alone. The tandem of Dr. Samantha & her assistant Samara (sp) is stellar!Some may remember the independent pharmacies; patients/customers were greeted with a smile & were made to feel the professionals behind the counter had a genuine interest in their wellbeing. Professional CVS employees like Dr. Samantha & Samara possess these important characteristics.

Was picking up medications and stood in line for drive thru. I was told my credit card on file was not there. I always use It and O recently gave an updated one because theynsaid it expired. After giving the new one, I payed for my medication after the updated one was provided. Because of this I asked them to double check. Elena came to the window and she was very smug , arrogant and Condescending. She continously offered me a number to call. Not sure how this number could help me get my medication and not have to get in a long line again. Obviously someone did not do something eight when updating my card. I am having to fo home to get the new card again and do this all again. Elena should not help customers when there are issues because she has no compassion or concern for the customer

Worse location ever. They put me on hold forever and never come back on call. Call them again and again for prescription but no response. Worse customer service.

Zero star for CVS pharmacy management. One tech working on a Thursday afternoon? Really?! I was in line for more than 30 minutes and my prescription wasn’t ready yet. The tech gave me 15 minutes wait time but it will start after she finish helping the last customer in line. Mind you, there were two people behind me that time. After three hours of waiting, my prescription is ready. Great! Kudos to the tech who was working so gracefully dealing with customers.

I have been using this Pharmacy for one year for Prescriptions and have gotten a Covid booster shot here. I must admit the shot was a long wait as the woman was not fast, but the vaccine was given in the proper place, didn't hurt, and was fine. For Prescriptions have I found they genuinely want to help you with your medicines. These days the insurance hassles and communication with Docs can be a real pain, plus they do seem to be short handed much of the time. All in all they have worked with me to resolve issues fairly and quickly and with a helpful attitude. I appreciate them and their hard work. I would give them 5 stars if they would hire more people so you get helped a little quicker and don't feel like you are taking precious time with them when you do have an issue. They just always are so busy!

I wish I could give this CVS Pharmacy in Target a 0 star review. I just watched a pharmacist tell a customer she could not advise on a cough medicine because the cough medicine is a Target merchandise and he would have to ask a Target employee. SHE IS THE PHARMACIST!!!! Target employees are NOT pharmacists. Worst customer service EVER!!!

The tech gave me my vaccine but she is probably not trained well to give shots. She jammed the syringe in my shoulder bone instead of my fleshy part on my upper arm where you are supposed to give any shot. I have no side effects of the shot but my arm hurts from the wrong injection giving.

Well I first apologize to the ladies at night. It was the Dr fault, and Cvs area rep. Your untrained employees do not know how to de escalate situations. The employee have to be trained right!!! to smart off act like they are right and fake smiles like trying to prove their point. I'm the customer. If they were trained right they could have controlled the situation no matter what it was unprofessional. I'm simple, a gentle word or any kind of empathy would have melted my attitude instead the untrained employees were nasty and rude and ugly and this is not a reflection on them but the area rep the need to learn how to de-escalate any situation your reviews reflect it hopefully, something will get resolved I will give a one-star to the rep who manages this untrained location my family will not be back.

When you are sick and using all your energy to pick up your own meds the last thing you want to hear is that your prescription is not ready and won’t be because they are to busy. Didn’t offer a wait time while they fill it nothing. Ask for it to be transferred told me to call CVS line which I did for them to tell me I have to speak with the pharmacy directly.

Had the worst experience at this pharmacy. I drove far out to this location because of the Target promotion. After booking my vaccine appointment online and uploading my insurance card in advance, I get told after arriving that my insurance company canceled some of their contracts with CVS. I ask the pharmacist to call and verify with the insurance company whether mine is covered and she takes customers for almost an hour before calling. When she gets on the phone they say they have to transfer her to a senior person to verify the coverage, after which she hung up and didn’t give me my vaccine. This was beyond ridiculous, keeping someone waiting for an hour only to turn them away from a vaccine. Shame on CVS - I will not be returning to this location as it is an absolute waste of my time and energy.
