I hardly ever write reviews but this experience deserves a bad review. I went to my local CVS with the intent to purchase a passport picture of my child, a service known to be provided by CVS. Such service should have take less than 10 minutes. However, the shift manager on duty decided to lie and state that CVS policies do not allow employees to take photos of children. It appeared that my request interrupted hm from being on his phone. As I questioned him with online policies posted by CVS, be began to generate every possible excuse to not take a photo of my child. As I confronted him with facts from the CVS website, he took a defensive approach, raised his voice at me, and acted rude. I then called corporate to report him, and the moment I got on the phone with corporate to report him, he gave me a made up name when asked for it, and then disappeared like a coward. Another store employee had to come moments later to do the job he refused to do. I’m a paying customer, requesting a service offer by CVS/ Pharmacy, I had loyalty to the store, his actions changed that.

I waited in drive through line for 20 minutes. When I approached the window, they shut the gate in my face! No apologies or explanation. The drive through had no sign posted that it closed every day at 1:30.

Took 10 minutes to get through the automated phone system to a human because the automated system doesn't understand "Do you have a UPS drop off?" or "I need to speak with a person." FINALLY got through to a male human who answered "Yes," to my question. I travel out of my way after work only to discover the UPS drop off only accepts packages that have been pre-packaged, unlike the other UPS locations who do the boxing for Amazon. Male who FINALLY answered could have said "Yes for items that are already boxed up." This store has no care or concern for customers.

Omg I have had to make so many trips to this pharmacy to pick up my mom's predictions. Forget customer service, especially in the pharmacy. I would not recommend to anyone. Awful. I just hate it every time I drive up because there is always a problem, always and they don't care.

I literally was told my prescription would be ready in 30 min on one day and then a week later to pick it up and we are told in an hour. This is ridiculous. I won't use cvs anymore.

I am writing this review as I stand in line completely unacknowledged. It's like I'm invisible. Every one keeps their head down and doesn't want to be bothered or disrupted while they count pills. Customer service is not a priority.

Super friendly and kind staff. I love my neighborhood CVS! It’s always a joy to need something from the pharmacy. I’m always greeted when I enter the store and the staff of the store and pharmacy are knowledgeable and professional. The store is always well stocked and clean. Thank you!

The absolute worst pharmacy you will ever go to. There is never a moment in time the drive thru is not terribly backed up. I just don’t understand how it always takes minimum thirty minutes in their line. It’s ridiculous

Just. Don't. There's a Walgreens about 10 min away in Rosenberg with FAR friendlier/helpful pharmacists. Forget trying to get a human on the phone. Theyve changed their robot to put you through 20 questions, and once you get past that, its a 50/50 chance theyll pick up. I went through hell this weekend trying to get my antibiotics and steroids. Nothing but back and forth phone calls after confirming that my drs front desk SPOKE with someone, yet the pharmacist is saying they have nothing showing that.

The customer service here at the pharmacy is trash always.. there only maybe 2 people that are welcoming here.. all the rest are disrespectful and not pleasant at all.. geez no one has manners in this life.
