Ridiculous. Can’t talk to a real person. Fibally, got in touch with a person. They say have to leave a voicemail when they’re the one who sent text saying they need to clarify the prescription. Makes no sense to make patients work this hard to talk to a real person

This is ridiculous! I called to check on a prescription and needed to speak to pharmacy. They want you to leave a voice mail. It is bothersome that a business is so clueless to the needs of patients. I will be changing my pharmacy. They need to go out of business. This specific pharmacy the personnel doesn't try to help. Sugarland site is more accommodating. They want you to go on line for everything. Disgusting!

Garbage store. Came here for passport photos 3 weeks ago and the camera was broken. I came back 3 weeks later assuming a competent storefront would fix their camera and it was still "broken." The associate up front was also useless and couldn't answer my question of when they will have a functioning camera. Don't waste your time at this CVS.

I chose to request a delivery for BP medication to avoid the long wait at this pharmacy. I made a payment online and delivery date was supposed to be 3 days after the order was placed. Now after 7 days I do not have it. I called the pharmacy and some individual sounded so nonchalant to the fact that I will run out of medication the next day and may not receive my prescription before then. His exact words “ I have told you usps said they will deliver today what else do you want me to do?” So much for customer care.
