Placed an online order for pickup, had to change the lockup person a couple of times, but the attendee was very friendly and very helpful. Seamless pickup and all items were there and in great shape. No complaints!

This review is based on a pharmacy experience. I could not believe how rude the pharmacist was, she didn’t bother to help or even be courteous to give me the time of day. My daughter was ill and I was seeking guidance in test and would answer and wait for the tech to communicate instead of communicating directly to me. No excuse of being busy because no other customer was waiting.

Terrible pharmacy! They act like they are doing you a favor for asking them for help. Pharmacist was extremely rude. You have to go in person because you can’t get anyone on the phone. They didn’t have one med in stock so I tried transferring both to HEB so they sent the one they had in stock but sent the other back to the dr. Seems very lacking in common sense. No one was at the front to request a manager and the doors were broken.

The employees seem like they dislike their jobs and you can’t get a live person when you call and you are sent in circles with their automated operator.

I just left this locaution.
After sitting in the drive through pharmacy behind someone that took a long time to do what they needed to do I pull to the window and the pharmacist, the lady in the white jacket. Close the window on me and tell me if I wanted to be waited on that I had to come inside. I was in the drive through because I have a bad knee and I didn't feel like walking. It was rude about it.

I love this CVS is just 5 minutes away home. I use to receive my medicines there and also the gift cards for my friends birthdays.

WORST EMPLOYEES IVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE I BOUGHT AN ITEM GOT CHARGED FOR THE GUY BEHIND ME WENT TO FIX THE MISUNDERSTANDING AND THEY TOLD ME I LEFT WITHOUT PAYING AND THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE.after it was resolved they still didn’t refund or help in anyway

This store regularly charges more for things than it says online. Not a few cents, but $7-8. Also their passport photo apparatus is always broken. Too many other places to go to bother with this kind of garbage.
