I had a bad experience shopping at CVS. I went shopping for the first time and showed the consultant the wound I had on my foot and unfortunately they gave me the wrong medicine and I experienced pain that I didn't have before and unfortunately the wound on my foot got worse and they were in such a hurry that they didn't have the patience to let me ask my questions fully and secondly the price of the medicines there is more expensive than anywhere else.

Jaymini, a manager at CVS at Grand Mission always goes above and beyond to take care of my needs if I need to return an item, check for an item, or have problems finding an item. She always greets me when I answer the store and displays knowledgeable information to find a solution if I have any issues. I highly recommend the CVS store at Grand Mission.

CVS is the best store in the country. They are very helpful and polite. I always save money when I go there, and I like their coupon system.

I would like to praise Michael (Pharmacist) who has gone over & beyond to help me with my disability. He remembers to help me open some of my medication containers before I take them home. He keeps my medication on track so I do not run out, because some of them have to be ordered ahead of time. Michael is very professional yet shows sympathy.

The CVS pharmacy at 6900 Grand Mission Blvd. is the best pharmacy I have used in my life. Everyone from the front staff to the pharmacy staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The store is clean and well-stocked. I know these people have been through a lot because of the pandemic and staffing issues everyone is dealing with. This pharmacy and the people in it have somehow managed to maintain their grace, dignity, and humanity. I highly recommend when you're there to say hi to pharmacy technician Amy. That wonderful person has remembered my name by sight since the 2nd time she took care of me and calls me by name as soon as she sees my in the window. Amazing.
