On or around 7/4/24 I received a Gucci bag. I wore the bag two days later and the material started to lift and fall apart. I contact them, and they said they sent it to be in perfect condition. I then contacted PayPal and stated I questioned its authenticity. Dapple contacted me with their attorney and told me to return item by end of week for a full refund.
I told them I no longer have it because I took it to Gucci for repair. Gucci charge $54 for repair that Dapple would not pay for. The bag was finally returned from Gucci today 8/5/24.
My experience was POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR PRODUCT QUALITY.

I arrived at 4:12pm and online says it closes at 5!!!! I drove 30 freaking minutes to come to this boutique and they had the closed sign on the door. Go by your hours ridiculous. I would give zero stars if i could.
