Do not ever go to guy named Tanner. This guy is very rude and doesn't know how to talk to customers. I just had tire rotation appointment at 12:45 and showed up at 1. I don't know what he had against me to begin with but 15 minutes late and he canceled my appointment and said I'll have to wait 3 hours. Maybe Just because I'm not buying anything from there he did that to me. After waiting 2.5 hours I asked him how much longer and he said do you want your keys and come back another day I was like are you serious? why would I come back later after waiting 2.5 hours already. And he literally made me wait 3 hours to be exact.

Let me start off with saying that I am a car enthusiast, and I seriously care about the appearance on my car. When it came time to replace the tires on my vehicle, I was concerned that a tire shop would scratch my wheels and damage them.
I reached out to this Discount Tire, ordered my tires, and voiced my concern. When the tires came in, they called me and scheduled me for an appointment the same day. I came in and I could tell this team 100% cares about their customers. The tires were installed without issue and damage. This might be an obvious ask, but with low profile tires, you never know. I am so glad to have a Discount Tire near my house with this quality of service.
I received the same quality of service when it came time to rotate and balance my tires. No issues or damage on my wheels, and the same attentive care I received many months earlier from my initial install.

I ordered my wheels and tires online on a Tuesday and by Friday at 6 pm they were installed! Aaron did a great job installing my new set! They were incredibly busy but because I made an appointment I was out within 2 hours. These guys are professional and get the job done!

My husband and I got here as soon as Discount opened, although it was packed full of people already the service was timely and welcoming. Side note I am not a morning person but I want to give a special shout out to TJ for being an amazing customer service rep and truly making the moment personal, he was laughing and joking with us despite the early morning rush and he was so nice and kind truly a great discount experience! He made the whole experience worth coming in right as they open

Reasonable prices and knowledgeable staff. Two complaints - I've never waited less than 15 minutes. I had to stand in line for nearly 20 minutes to pick up my car, even though it was ready and there was no charge. Second, don't try to upsell things customers don't need. They tried to sell me new wiper blades even though I had just replaced them six days before. I'll go back, but it could be much easier and more pleasant.

Just went to have a flat fixed and they were packed after the storm. Fixed it and more in only a few minutes. Very nice employees.

The service was good, the staff was professional, and the waiting lounge was clean and comfortable so kudos to the team for that. As some other reviewers have noted, the scheduling system needs improvements. I made an appointment and showed up on time. Then I waited only to see my car sitting in the parking lot for 45 minutes before it was driven into the shop. The point of making an appointment is so that you can come close to the time the business is ready for you. I appreciate the dynamic nature of a service business so some delays (like 15 minutes) are acceptable but 45 minutes before the job even gets started? That’s no different from a walk-in.

This store will destroy your wheels.
In 2022, I bought tires from them and have them installed on my brandnew/hard to find set of wheels. They left 4 clamp marks on the inner barrel of my brandnew wheels. I let it go because the kid that installed my wheels was new.
Last month I came back again and bought new set of tires and have them install. They left 8 deep gouges in each wheel inner barrel and didnt even clean the residue from old wheel weight. Never come to this store and again and recommend you dont.
