I came to the Google map page to check and see when they opened and was saddened by their low review average. I guess people rarely leave reviews for dollar tree, when they’re happy. To many of their recent reviewers, come on…this is a dollar store, stop expecting the people who work here to act like it’s HEB. I love this store and think the people who work here are great, genuinely. I’ve been here multiple times in the last two weeks and had five minute conversations with at least five employees, while they helped me, and every single one was super helpful, friendly and doing their best. Also, I know lots of people are annoyed that Dollar Tree is now carrying more expensive decorative items, and yes, my budget is probably a higher than the average dollar tree customer, but they’ve gained a customer in me with these nicer items at an economical price.

Never shop at this store but came by twice for balloons and Christmas items since it was next to other stores I was already at. Rude staff with awful attitudes. First time I went the stickers on the items were inaccurate and ended up costing more at the cash register. They took 0 accountability for it and shrugged it off. Maybe take initiative to update prices on your items???? Second time I got balloons here and the lady had an attitude when I asked a question about it. Not coming back here.

The employee are just rude in this store. They look at you crazy don’t say hi , bye, thank nothing. You speak they don’t say nothing back look at you crazy smh. Most employee in the stores in Fulshear are nice but I’m thinking about never coming back to this one again and I shop in this store every week. Why would I patronize a business with mean employees.They give real evil eye dirty looks to you smh. I’m not coming back shame it’s right down the street.

This is my usual go-to spot. The cashiers are always friendly, but the manager is crazy. I went in today to return one item and exchange three. I placed everything—including the receipt—on the belt, and the belt started moving and ate my receipt! YES, ate it! The cashier and I were both shocked. Never thought that could happen.
She called the manager—Sheire or whatever. We explained what happened and told her I needed to return and exchange items. She processed the return and rang up the new ones. It didn’t hit me until after I paid that I’d been charged again. So I went back to explain.
She went NUTS.
She kept saying I never told her about the exchange and that she shouldn’t have processed the return without a receipt. I calmly explained that I did tell her, and I had the receipt until the belt ate it. Honestly, she might not have heard me because she was blasting music on her phone the whole time. We went back and forth, but I stayed calm. I don’t get why she acted like I was the one being aggressive.
I seriously don’t understand what there was to argue about. She could’ve just refunded the three items she double-charged me for. Instead, she made it a whole thing—acting like I was all up in her face, which I wasn’t. There was no need.
Then she goes, “I’ll pay you out of my own pocket because this is crazy over four dollars, but I shouldn’t have done the return without a receipt. You can check the security cameras.”
And I’m like—what the hell? No one’s accusing you of anything. I’m just saying I was overcharged. I shouldn’t have to pay for the easels I wanted to exchange! It’s not about the four dollars—it’s the principle. I bought and did the exchange the same day! No one is out here trying to rob or cheat people of 4 dollars.
No clue why she acted like I started something. I didn’t. The whole thing was ridiculous. But hey, like people say—you get what you pay for. It’s Dollar Tree: cheap stuff, and apparently, cheap service too.

I want to compliment this store on being organized, well stocked and friendly. They are wonderful. Usually I dread a quick run in a dollar store but this was a great experience. Thank you to this team for working so hard to give a great guest experience.

** SERVICE ANIMALS ARE NOT WELCOME!! It’s a 10lb dog that I was carrying. She was rude and despite informing her that the animal was A SERVICE DOG she told us to leave! Incredibly rude service

Wanted to purchase something by the register but wasn’t done shopping and the manager yelled at me telling me that I had to pay for what I had first. The girl who checked me out had the same attitude like she didn’t want to be there.
