I recently went to this location. While I can say the few workers who helped me locate some items were extremely helpful ☺️ hope is usually lost at the cash register. Went to check out and the conveyor was seemingly dirty. It looked to be dust or a grainy substance. I set my items on the conveyor and a worker by the name of Tristan was called to checked me out. Tristan proceeded to clean the conveyor off and place the dirty paper towels and empty paper towel roll into my shopping bags. Had I realized this I would have confronted him but I was busy trying to get my card to work. I didn’t realize until I walked out that he had placed the paper towel roll in my bag which I took out and placed into a car. The paper towels I placed into another dollar tree cart outside of the store. I haven’t shopped in that location for months and now I remember why. The action may seem small but to me it speaks volumes to place trash into my bags when I’m not looking as if that’s what I’ve paid for. It says a lot actually…rather negative as well. I’m not sure if Tristan was incapable of asking for a trash can or maybe having a bad day. Either way neither are the customers problem and there should be a lot more respect & proper thinking present at this location.

The lady kicked me out because she didn't let me in with my dog. She said it rudely and disrespectfully.

It is too messy inside. It is smaller than other stores, but they can do better with the selection. Not sure I will go back.

This is my first time writing a review. I bought 28 items but they charged me 33 items. I went back to fix it but the manager was so bad she treated me like a criminal and embarrassing me towards everyone. She didn’t want to fix their mistakes. She take all the goods back and refund money like” we don’t do business “This is the reason why dollar tree is losing money, losing business. I feel bad for their owner.

I asked for ONE helium balloon and they told me that they couldn't inflate more because they had already inflated too many... They didn't even let me finish the question... meaning that if someone is willing to buy 100 identical balloons, they can't because they only sell the ones that are already inflated. …what a good marketing strategy

The worst customer treatment I have ever had in my life, the cashier, the manager, both of them, instead of helping, were rude, they even yelled at me and threw my things saying that I didn't understand them, so it was impossible to make the return. I think I should report to the police because it was a deal. of racial discrimination, I even asked them that although there was an amount left in my favor, they would leave it that way so I could leave since I was late looking for my children and there was no way they would want to help me

Worst service ever by the Manager/cashier (female with short hair) at a Dollar Store (today at around 12:45p.m.) Very poor client service skills. This person needs some serious training or counseling.
I will definitely avoid this place to the max.

Love having a mini shopping spree here for the holidays. They always have everything stocked up ready for grabs. I also like to get my Himalayan Salt and travel size hygiene stuff here. Staff is so helpful and kind.
