They took long time and had not enough chicken on the grill didn’t give us the correct order. Had no soup on stock to wait for it to be done offer a replacement and still took long to get it.Cashier was friendly cook was hateful and rude.

Food was delicious, service was good but the girl that handled our order forgot a few items, and we didn’t realized until we got in the car and had to run back to grab the missing items. Other than that, it was good! Never disappointed with El Pollo Loco’s food, always hit the spot!

Se tardan mucho en atender se supone que es drive thru es para servicio rápido y siempre me dan la orden incompleta.They take a long time to take the order (drive thru) it's for quick service. Some how always they give me an incomplete order, I don't realize it until I'm home. they charge me for my full order. ?
