Bait and Switch. Requested full size pickup which was confirmed but unavailable when I arrived to pick it up. Had to settle for high mileage compact pick up. Shady practices!

Worst enterprise location EVER! vehicle was extremely dirty when rented was told I could drop off the vehicle at any location BUT was not told it would cost 150.00 more! Then was charged and noone EVER called me to do the final receipt check NOR did I even receive a receipt for what was charted. And don't bother calling that location, they never answer and after witting on hold for 15 min they hang up on you every time!

The location was great and the staff very helpful. The cars could do with an upgrade (model) and some maintenance but overall it was a good experience.

I returned a vehicle today and was really bothered by the treatment received from Bryson. I rented a vehicle at close of business on Friday and returned the vehicle at 8 AM Wednesday morning. I was told on Tuesday by a different staff member that I would be charged the same amount whether bringing the vehicle back on Tuesday evening or Weds morning by 8. Bryson, proceeds to tell me I will be charged for the full day and should have kept the vehicle until 5:30 P.M. Mind you my official check out time was after 5:30 P.M. when I asked him why would I be charged a full day that you have the vehicle, he states their policy changed. The other staff member, who shall remain nameless (because she was very kind to me) tried to explain to him that she did tell me I would not be charged any additional. He would not listen to her then tells me he will charge me for half a day. I did not argue with him as the store was full of customers…and I heard him offer the vehicle to a customer who was waiting for a large capacity vehicle…So not only did you charge me a full day for the vehicle… Bryson lied about taking half off and only gave me a 10% discount on a full day rental when he had the vehicle. I have been renting from Enterprise since 2005. The way staff constantly changes and you have to deal with workers who clearly have no regard for customer service and inconsistencies in regard to business practices…is alarming and unfortunate… It cost him nor Enterprise absolutely nothing not to charge me for a full day that he had the vehicle and already rented it back out. I will be canceling all of my future reservations at this location in Richmond Texas at Grand Pkwy and Southwest fwy. I can decide where to spend my money and it will
not be at this location and especially not with Bryson. He is argumentative and rude and apparently took my kindness and respectful demeanor for granted. I could see straight through him…and it’s not the first time he was rude and insulting while trying to make you think he is doing something kind for you. I don’t forget…and you won’t over charge me with greed again. That $55 was not worth losing a customer. Customer service does not come with service anymore. Bryson, I refunded your %10 with one star review and you truly deserved less.

My wife went to pick up a vehicle which had been reserved through an insurance company. Initially they tried to give her a smaller vehicle than what was reserved and then the next two vehicles they brought out to her to take had the air bag warning light on. After waiting at the rental facility for over an hour and needing to go pick up our kids she finally just took one of the vans that had the warning light on. After picking up the kids she found that the electric sliding door did not work on one side and even when you went to pull it shut it didn't shut all the way. She call the store and was told that its find and that she just needed to pull harder when closing it. The following morning while driving our kids around and the door clearly having a gap where it would not close fully the door slid open. Following that she immediately took it back to the store where they were able to exchange the van with a full size SUV which was what had been originally reserved. I travel quite a bit for work and have never seen vehicles with any safety any issues or warning lights allowed to be given to a customer. I can look past them not having the correct car ready, or the car being dirty and smelling a little like someone smoked in it but to ignore customer safety is unacceptable at any level.

Great service. Had the vehicle that I needed. Customer service agent, Christopher Adigwe, was extremely professional, Pleasant and accommodating. I was running in and out on my lunch break. I called ahead to let him know. Unfortunately he was the only person working the desk at that time. However, he did expedite me to ensure that I was able to get back to work on time from my 30-minute lunch break. I had a moment to watch Christopher in action prior to him assisting me and he exhibit the same professionalism to me as he did the rest of the people waiting for vehicles despite him being the only service person he moved efficiently and swiftly to ensure we were all taken care of. I'd go back again with agentslike him behind the desk. Renting was a breeze.

On hold for 30 minutes just to be hung up on. Called back twice and got hung up on AGAIN
