It’s pathetic how the monthly rates change like the stock market, it makes signing a contract useless because in the next 30 days you are getting a notice of a rate increase. There should be a law against it.

It's a storage place but it's a bit expensive and the elevators don't always work. This is a problem especially if your unit is located on the fourth floor. The climate control is well controlled and I do feel that my items are safe. I do hope that the prices don't keep going up though.
Edit: the manager called and helped me with my issues. Good customer service.
