I had originally rated this place 5 stars without a review. Now since they increased prices to a staggering $183 I believe it's time to look elsewhere for storage. That is way too much to pay for something I was paying less around 3 years ago. The storage itself was great just not the price for it. Sorry Public Storage we are going elsewhere.

We rented our unit online last week and when we got there with the truck loaded and ready to unload the gate code wouldn’t work. We couldn’t get hold of anyone to help us out. They didn’t call us back even though we left a voicemail we had to call them back. So finally on Monday when we finally got hold of someone I asked if we would get refunded for the days we couldn’t access our unit and was told most likely not. Now second weekend in a row we’re trying to get into the facility and the gate won’t open. It looks like they just switched from simply self storage to Public Storage. This is getting ridiculous.

The gates barely work, and the ownership recently changed again! And the prices continue to keep rising, definitely not worth the pain. We'll be looking for a new storage company very soon!

I was there for a year. It’s was fine until out of nowhere they decided to raise my monthly price significantly. I had a 10x10 and they increased my price to $147 for fourth floor with my military discount. I spoke to a worker who said corporate raised everyone’s prices. The e-mail I got stated it was in line with market. I called corporate they said the owner raised prices. They said they would put in a request for the manager to call me. He/she never did. I just submitted a notice to vacate and moved to another storage facility for $85 a month. Sad…I would of stayed there if they weren’t greedy. They sadly will have to find someone else to support their greed. I sure they will. However, their prices are definitely not in line with the market. ?

I’ve been looking around for a trustworthy place to store my items for a while now, I’m new to the arena, and I finally found my spot! The up keep is great and the team here was able to answer all of my questions without leaving me with any new ones. I love the gate times as well because it helps me to feel more secure about my belongings. Thank you guys again for everything!
