I usually enjoy visiting this Five Below with my family—we’d stop by often after shopping in the same center, sometimes 2–3 times a week. However, my most recent experience was very disappointing.
I went in to buy a specific flavor of Red Bull, but the stock hadn’t changed from the previous week. I politely asked the cashier if he knew when they would restock. Instead of giving me a straightforward answer, he looked me up and down and told me to ask someone else. His appearance (pants halfway down, bright underwear showing) and dismissive attitude made the interaction feel unprofessional.
When I asked another employee, she bluntly told me they only restock once a month and then said the flavor I was looking for was discontinued—before pointing me toward something I didn’t want. Overall, all three employees I encountered seemed uninterested in helping and made me feel like I was bothering them just by asking a simple question.
Normally, I come here with my little girl for candy or toys and have a positive experience. But this visit left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I believe in treating people with kindness and respect, and I expect the same in return. This experience makes me consider going to Target instead for the items I need.

I don't know happened to this store but the last couple of visits, it looks like a tornado ran through it. Not only that but the employees as so disengaged with what's going on in the store. Chatting amongst themselves about work gossip...They have stuff everywhere. The manager of this store should visit the first colony store to get some tips on keeping a store well maintained. It's pretty bad, I hope they get it together.

Came to return an item I had purchased for Christmas. I was confronted by an employee and she told me I could not do a return without a receipt. I explained that it was Christmas and it is a bit easy to lose a receipt. The employee was very rude and disrespectful from the get go. I asked her name and she told me her name was Sheree not sure if that is the correct way to spell it because she claimed when I asked how to spell it she didn't have to provide me with that information. This girl was super rude for no particular reason . I guess that's why you rarely see the same employee twice as they speak to customers rudely!!! I came home and found my receipt I will love going back to show that to Sherry as I feel she was insinuating I had stolen the item!!! I simply love 5 Below but they need to work on customer service and in how they speak to customers. Thankfully I held it together as tothe ignorance of Sherry !!!

I’ve been a regular customer at this Five Below for a while, coming in a few times a week and always purchasing the same items. Typically, my visits are quick and straightforward, but today was a completely different experience.
When I got to the self-checkout and finished scanning my items, one of the employees (an older woman who’s usually there) approached me and asked if I had taken 8 pieces of candy. I told her no, I had 5, but she walked up and looked into my bag anyway. To make things clear, I pulled out the candy and counted it right in front of her—5 pieces, as I had said. Instead of apologizing, she laughed and walked away.
I told her not to treat me like that because I come in regularly and always get the same thing. She responded by saying that she’s “supposed to ring customers up,” which I know isn’t true because I’ve always checked myself out at this location. I felt disrespected and embarrassed, especially since there were other customers nearby.
I decided to return and speak to the manager. When I came back, I saw two customers using the self-checkout while the older employee was stocking items in another aisle. I asked her, “I thought you had to ring everybody up?” She laughed again.
When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told by another employee (a girl with glasses) that she was the manager. I explained the situation, and she acknowledged that I’m a regular. However, instead of addressing the problem, she brushed it off, saying, “Well, she’s old, just give her a break,” and claimed to have already talked to her about it.
I left feeling humiliated and unheard. The manager seemed to think the employee’s behavior was excusable because of her age, but old or not, she should know better than to treat a loyal customer that way. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this Five Below. This experience completely soured my perception of the store.

I was asked by the cashier to donated $1 to charity and I agreed too but then noticed that taxes was added to donation. Weird!

I needed to return something and after waiting for 15 minutes for the manager, who is the only one allowed to process returns, I had to head back to work.

Visiting the five below in Aliana was horrible.Boxes all over the floor, staff on cell phone.Manager talking about they trying.I don’t think so.Aliana is a very nice area for the stores to look like trash.Cooperate you need to step in.

Went to five below at 10367 W. Grand Pkwy S. There were NO Employees at the front registers. There was 3 ladies in front already at the register. Only 1 register was working and the other had a problem. I went around the store looking for someone to help us. I found 1 lady at the very back of the store on her phone. I am so frustrated with this store because no one wants to work. The store is running itself. Customers come in and we have to do everything and they get paid off us working. Time to hire people who will work and not hid out in the back.

UPDATE: Popped in to grab some cool sanrio stuff for my girls. I noticed the balloons on the wall. I was told price includes helium.
We found ourselves at Five Below because we were on the hunt for mini brands toys, and someone at Target told us Five Below carries them too.
Long story short, they do carry mini brands but are sold out.
We had a chance to check out the store and found some really cool stuff. Their candy aisle had tons of stuff, and the t-shirts were awesome for $5.
Their tech area is decent, too, as you can grab a cheap set of headsets for the little ones. Great store to pop in and peruse!

Wide variety of reasonably priced goods. I’m always able to find cell phone and computer accessories. Lots of fun Tshirts too!
