I needed to return something and after waiting for 15 minutes for the manager, who is the only one allowed to process returns, I had to head back to work.

Visiting the five below in Aliana was horrible.Boxes all over the floor, staff on cell phone.Manager talking about they trying.I don’t think so.Aliana is a very nice area for the stores to look like trash.Cooperate you need to step in.

Went to five below at 10367 W. Grand Pkwy S. There were NO Employees at the front registers. There was 3 ladies in front already at the register. Only 1 register was working and the other had a problem. I went around the store looking for someone to help us. I found 1 lady at the very back of the store on her phone. I am so frustrated with this store because no one wants to work. The store is running itself. Customers come in and we have to do everything and they get paid off us working. Time to hire people who will work and not hid out in the back.

UPDATE: Popped in to grab some cool sanrio stuff for my girls. I noticed the balloons on the wall. I was told price includes helium.
We found ourselves at Five Below because we were on the hunt for mini brands toys, and someone at Target told us Five Below carries them too.
Long story short, they do carry mini brands but are sold out.
We had a chance to check out the store and found some really cool stuff. Their candy aisle had tons of stuff, and the t-shirts were awesome for $5.
Their tech area is decent, too, as you can grab a cheap set of headsets for the little ones. Great store to pop in and peruse!

Wide variety of reasonably priced goods. I’m always able to find cell phone and computer accessories. Lots of fun Tshirts too!

Horrible staff!! Incompetent and rude! I was at a self check out counter and had to wait for staff to come check us out as people steal stuff (as the rude lady implied) we waited for 10 mins at the self check out counter and no one came, there were 2 ladies at the front and one was working at the counter with customers and the other was standing next to her sticking stickers on items. Although there was a line and we called her several times she refused to come to help. After waiting for so long we decided to move to the other check out counter and pay by card. As soon as we moved counters she came over and started saying rude things like “people just come over and block counters and mess around so they can steak stuff” she knew we were at the counter since we called her to come help but she kept saying rude things to us as a third person. And when i explained to her that we were waiting and decided to switch counters she said yes because people block the counters to steal stuff so we have to check them out just like you blocked the counter. When I told her I wasn’t aware that we had to be checked out by staff at a self check out she kept saying yes because people steal stuff if you have a problem with that you can talk to corporate! My question is are we all supposed to know these things on our own? What was the need for the rudeness?? It could have been explained to us kindly. And i did not even talk back to her till she said stuff about stealing. And even when i did i was firm but my choice of words were not rude. Very disrespectful! Never going back to this store again. People have bad days but this kind of beverage was completely uncalled for. It was the middle of the day not like we held them open during closing time or anything!

I've been shopping at Five Below for years, this particular store since it opened. On 16 June 2024 I stopped in to pick up a few things for my eleven year old. When I stepped up to the self check out register I was told by the young lady there that she had to ring me up at the self check out register. I couldn't do it myself. When I asked her when they'd started doing that she said that she'd been told that morning when she got in that she had to but didn't know why. She was very polite and I understand that she was only doing her job, however the line was extremely long because of this. The registers were not broken, they just weren't allowing us to check ourselves out. If there is theft going on in this store, or whatever was going, to the point that they want employees checking out all of the customers they need someone at each register so that customers aren't just left standing there in line.

Store is suppose to open at 11am on Sunday, yet 14 of us including 1 worker are outside at 11:10 waiting for the doors to be opened…..ughhh just throw the whole damn store away. My husband called several times and no one answered the phone. We left and went to another location nearby. At that five below, we saw someone that was also waiting with us outside. She said she left later after us because no one still had come to open the darn doors. That was about 30 minutes after we left

the staff here are awesome!! but the quality of stuff is not. the seams on the clothing is poorly done. the variety is pretty decent.
