The employees were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, especially the cashier. She was able to answer our questions and get us exactly what we needed to complete our project.

We needed an estimate. Called on a Thursday. Was told Frank was at church and would call within the next two days to come give an estimate. I was also told that they were "slow" right now. I called on Monday, after not hearing from anyone. The guy I spoke to said that they are really busy, and it was going to be another week before we could even get an estimate! We clearly were not a priority for them.Frank is wonderful and does wonderful work. However, his staff is rude, and the scheduling is a mess.

Pleasant place but no prices marked. No customer service to ask but a gentleman did write up a ticket and load the the car for us. it almost felt like he was watching to make sure we didnt steal the plants. Cashier was a very nice guy but didn't notice they added cc fee on top of the high prices.

Great prices on everything I’ve purchased. Very helpful and friendly staff. There are so many things to choose from, I was overwhelmed with all they have to offer. I highly recommend this place.

Giving 2 stars because of poor customer service, read my full story. It’s our first time buying stuff for our garden and there’s plenty of options out there, as anyone knows it. A friend told us about this place where you can get dirt for cheap if you choose the dump, not bags. We thought we could get that in our minivan’s trunk covered with tarp but they said no. Ok. We understand. So we bought bags (not cheaper than any other place, including online). We spent $200 there between dirt, rocks and flowers and a shovel. But we overestimate the number of soil bags we needed and underestimate the rocks. We had three unopened bags of soil left and wanted to come back the next day with original receipt and exchange for some rocks. I decided to call on the same day of purchase to ask if this was possible, but I got a strong NO from upper management. Sad. You got my business this year, but never more. Not the American way of doing business.

Beautiful plants, over priced for my budget. Staff unsure about prices. Had to search for my own hostas after being told they didn't have any. $7.99 for one very small baby plant.

Last year I bought 4 large milk weed plants to place my 30 Monarch caterpillars on to feed. I was assured NO pesticides were used!! Assured!!!We transferred the caterpillars. In the AM they all DIED. I called to inform what happened and why. Response was oh so sorry. I’m not sure the person I spoke with understood the seriousness. Never buy plants for butterflies there!!! MJ

Went there and got charge more just because they didnt believe what I told them….I have no need on lying.I told them the exact size of my trailer…The owner was racist.What makes me mad is that we said we have Jesus and act like have evil in them….

Initially happy with the variety they have, however, became very disappointed when the tree I purchased began dying 3 days later and was promptly told there is “nothing they will do about”. This is not the normal policy for other nursery’s across Houston, therefore, save yourself the issue and shop elsewhere in the first instance.

Got there at 5:20. Just needed 1 rose bush. Waited and waited for help. Finally,I attempted to ask one of the workers a question and they responded with "Sorry, we close at 5:30. Will NEVER give any of my business for sure in the future. Not helpful at all.On a side note, it was meant to be... the roses looked horrible. My question I wanted to ask was if they had any others. Terrible "customer service"

I like the nursery, big inventory. However, there are two things that I don't like: most plants has no price tags, and they charge you extra for using credit card or debit card. If I remember correctly, it is about either 3% or 3.5% on top of the tax! So, you do the math; assuming tax 8.25% plus ~3.5%=12.75%!

My visit was to purchase top soil. Their mixture is very good. Most top soil at Walmart or Home Depot have to much mulch for my liking.

This place seems to have a good system in place for dropping off limbs. The employees were all running around doing their part. I was observing a machine that took limbs, tree stumps, and all then instantly spitting out mulch. Incredible way to make money by charging people to bring their limbs then taking those limbs and selling mulch from it. Kudos to the owner!
