Avoid this establishment! I enrolled my daughter in gymnastics nearly two years ago because she was passionate about it. However, to my dismay, she hasn't progressed even one level during this time. Despite numerous inquiries and discussions with the coach, we were informed that we needed to pay extra for level up clinics, which was never disclosed during enrollment. It's clear they prioritize profit over progress.Despite attending these clinics, my daughter received no promotions, despite the additional expense. Moreover, she expressed frustration about not learning certain moves, which the coach seemingly ignored during classes. Initially, we questioned if it was a problem with our child, but it became evident that favoritism might be at play. Additionally, it seemed the coach’s lacked enthusiasm for ensuring the children performed exercises correctly.On our final day, I highlighted to the manager how the coach neglected to correct improper techniques during class, appearing completely disengaged. When I provided a two-week notice to terminate the classes, the manager approached me to inquire about the reasons. She admitted fault, acknowledging that the coach should have alerted her to my daughter's lack of progress. To avoid further action, the manager suggested my daughter wasn't suited for gymnastics—an easy way out.In conclusion, steer clear of this exploitative scheme disguised as a gymnastics program.

All they need is recurring income they don't look at child's progress, child could be in same level for more than 2years and staff doesn't provide proper feedback and guidance, all they say she did amazing job

Unprofessional management. When speaking with the GM this evening, I asked for an email or contact info for the owner to speak to her about the concerns on how a situation was handled and was refused contact info. This is the letter I intended to send the owner and now I have been confined to posting on google. I will always support and foster growth for my children and this place has definitely been a disappointment.** I would attach the email I referenced but it has names and I want to protect others not directly involved ****update** The owner reached out and he is a true professional. Out of respect of him, I will no longer post negative comments. For awareness, platforms are used for communication purposes, both positive and negative. And to the reply, I did not ask for a cell phone, simply an email, but was denied by Mary, the GM.

Took my daughter here to try a new gym a few months ago. Coaches were not attentive. I didn’t feel my daughter would excel as an athlete here. We decided to enroll at World Champion Center and had a wonderful experience. If you are serious about gymnastic do not waste your time here.

How do I start, if I could put a 0 for stars I would. From the staff all the way up to ownership and supervisors it is very inprofessional. If your looking for a drama filled, immature atmosphere then this is the place for you !! If you have a complaint it is not handled professionally or even looked into properly, instead very confrontational and disrespectful. This place is filled with financial politics, if you make someone unhappy that has a daughter going there and offers the gym alot, trust me when I tell you , your child will not be given any warning, no explanation before hand or any feedback. This place makes stuff up to accommodate the donors or big money people if you will. Very unfortunate how things were handled with my child because she was placing and excelling so made no sense and after months. Saddened to hear I am NOT the only person this is happening to, maybe BBB should really look into this place. Please DO NOT take your daughters here.

First off, I wanna start by saying they are lying when they say they have someone professionally clean the gym. If they did, there wouldn't be vomit stains all over the floor. In fact, the floor smells like piss and sweat. Do not waste your time taking your kids to the filthy, money hungry gym, they are not concerned about your kid learning gymnastics unless they are on team. Parents believe the other reviews you see, do not think it's not going to be any different for your experience.

Our daughter absolutely loves it here! This has quickly become her second home! She has grown so much in the year and half she has been taking gymnastics here. We love all of the coaches but a special shout out to Coach Lulu, Coach Sandy, Coach Tavae and Coach Landry! Thank you for all that you do!
