How do I start, if I could put a 0 for stars I would. From the staff all the way up to ownership and supervisors it is very inprofessional. If your looking for a drama filled, immature atmosphere then this is the place for you !! If you have a complaint it is not handled professionally or even looked into properly, instead very confrontational and disrespectful. This place is filled with financial politics, if you make someone unhappy that has a daughter going there and offers the gym alot, trust me when I tell you , your child will not be given any warning, no explanation before hand or any feedback. This place makes stuff up to accommodate the donors or big money people if you will. Very unfortunate how things were handled with my child because she was placing and excelling so made no sense and after months. Saddened to hear I am NOT the only person this is happening to, maybe BBB should really look into this place. Please DO NOT take your daughters here.

Unprofessional management. When speaking with the GM this evening, I asked for an email or contact info for the owner to speak to her about the concerns on how a situation was handled and was refused contact info. This is the letter I intended to send the owner and now I have been confined to posting on google. I will always support and foster growth for my children and this place has definitely been a disappointment. ** I would attach the email I referenced but it has names and I want to protect others not directly involved **

We have been here for the last three years. Toddler lessons and Private lessons with Coach Lisa have been the best for my daughter!

The morning classes are small and very good as there are few kids and the entire gym is open to the kids.

First off, I wanna start by saying they are lying when they say they have someone professionally clean the gym. If they did, there wouldn't be vomit stains all over the floor. In fact, the floor smells like piss and sweat. Do not waste your time taking your kids to the filthy, money hungry gym, they are not concerned about your kid learning gymnastics unless they are on team. Parents believe the other reviews you see, do not think it's not going to be any different for your experience.

Our daughter absolutely loves it here! This has quickly become her second home! She has grown so much in the year and half she has been taking gymnastics here. We love all of the coaches but a special shout out to Coach Lulu, Coach Sandy, Coach Tavae and Coach Landry! Thank you for all that you do!

Parents Beware!Parents need to be warned about Fun & Fitness Gymnastics! We signed up our kids and their friend for big Splash Day Summer camp today which was advertised as a big event having inflatables and slip n slide and to bring a dry change of clothes. There was no slip and slide, one small slide for 65 kids to share, a small bounce house and water balloons, and no gymnastics for 8 HOURS. It was a total money grab for their $300 worth of 2 small inflatables. I have rented much larger slides in my backyard. But the part that was really concerning was for lunch, they shoved all 60+ kids in ONE party room for an HOUR, closed the door and wouldn’t let them leave with nothing to do. Kids were done eating in 15 minutes. My 10 year old son who is very sensitive let the coach know he was getting a headache from the noise and all the kids screaming in that small enclosed space. The ‘mean coach’ Ms. Cassidy sternly told my son he had to stay in the room for the whole hour. She did not care about his headache and treated him very badly. I am livid about this. There were no activities to do and it was totally disorganized. We picked up the kids and their friend 3 hours early because they all called letting us know how mean this coach was, how disorderly everything was, and how there was nothing left to do and no gymnastics. We have never had this happen anywhere else.I called to discuss and the front desk manager Mariom kept talking over me and repeatedly interrupting me gloating about how great they are and how they’ve never had anyone complain while I tried to talk about my son’s sensitivities and his headache. The lack of care or concern was very upsetting. I lost it and had to finally hang up as she wouldn’t stop rudely talking over me!I have heard from friends who quit this gym because of this ‘very mean coach’ but I waived it off. I don’t know if Coach Cassidy is the owner, and if not, the owner needs to know.

*UPDATED: Although I 100% stand behind my review, I am not an unreasonable man. I thought about a comment and decided it would be the right thing to do and remove the name of the coach in question. To address comments, describing how someone wears their hair is not an attack on their appearance, but rather an accurate description. Also, I did attempt to discuss this with management but when you are discouraged by that, it is important to write an honest review for others to use. My kids did not finish this camp, we pulled out early after the attempt with management was obviously not going to get me anywhere. So I'll just leave it here, name and description removed. I signed my kids up for summer camp here and on the second day I regretted it. 1. One of the coaches reprimands the kids and is really nasty to them if they even breathe wrong... I heard this coach yell at kids, point and wave their finger in their face and speak really nasty to them..almost shaming them for the smallest things. My plan was to drop them off there each day but I rearranged my schedule to sit and be present during camp so the coach was aware dad was there plus I could take my kids home if anything didn't feel right. My oldest boy said all the kids tried to stay away from her, you could see that expression on their faces during camp too. Totally out of line and unnecessary. 2. The summer camp is ZERO gymnastics. It's basically daycare. I watched 4 full days of activity after my kids complained on day 1 that they didn't do any gymnastic-related activities or anything for their age. The "coaches" taught the camp kids NOTHING. NOTHING. It was some silly floor games, an hour for food and crafts then more silly floor games. My older kid was bored out of their mind. When you sign up for a gymnastics camp you'd think there would be some sort of gymnastics or teaching of something. The other two camps they went to this summer TAUGHT them things and treated them and the parents with respect. I honestly thought they'd be teaching them things so kids would be interested in taking regular classes there - that makes sense...but that isn't what happened. I told my kids they just had to look at it as social time and just try to have fun with the other kids they met there. They made the best of it but that was really disappointing. 3. The gym is dirty..like REALLY dirty. Old stained and torn equipment, dirty floors and play areas. It's gross. I stayed a little later to watch and see if they disinfected anything...anything at all after camp and they did not. Nothing. Other kids just plied in. I mean, I know it's a gym so it may not be spotless and sterile but c'mon. The other 2 gyms my kids went to took 30 mins to clean in between camps. At Fun & Fitness, there were what appeared to be vomit stains on the gym floors. My son said the foam pit smelled so strong of urine they passed on all their turns to jump in again. Said they got nauseated and couldn't get out quick enough. I watched one of the girls in the camp class pick her nose and wipe boogers on the balance beam. Kids do that stuff I know...just at least give stuff a quick wipe before the next class knowing that kids do that sort of thing! I honestly wonder if they ever do. If you want to pay $200/week for 3 hours of daycare where the kids are occasionally watched and yelled at for being kids...this is the place for you. We will never return to this gym and I will let every parent I know about it.

Fun and fitness gymnasticsIf you love your children Stay away from this place.First of all, front office staffs are extremely rude. They are not willing to help. They don’t accept their fault. They charged 125$ extra from my account. They refused to help.Second, very unprofessional business and management. Trainers are bunch of teenagers. It is the worse experience for us.
