worst experience with customer service. When to website, read details about purchasing a mattress. after looking all selections, made decisions to acquire S&F Estate line. $$$$. Following morning of the purchase, I call store for change on style for a better one. Well the Guy who answered couldn't be more rude. after a week with mattress, I call following the instructions on website, we'll surprise, surprise. Return and exchange policy said before 90 days , and charges for re Stocking, nothing about visiting the store for selection. Well when I ask about this rule , was response, forget about website. Finally, I may need to go to store this time, but sure NO ANYMORE. never will spend another dollar on this store. I learned the hard way. Dad told me once , mistakes are Paid with Money.

Went with intention of looking at a sofa sleeper, however when we arrived, they had a special going on and I started wandering. The salesman, Kong was very kind and showed us the layout of the showroom (which is huge) and then let us wander. He would check on us, but never pressured us. We ended up purchasing a 3 piece living room set and are very happy. We could have had it delivered that same day but we asked for the next day so we could move things around, since we were now getting more than I had originally planned. I was very happy with our experience at the showroom and our delivery. The highlight was Mattress Mack himself calling to make sure I was happy with my purchase!

Love Gallery Furniture, we bought a living room set 23 years ago, it last until 2023, now we are back to buy again. Mac has great quality furniture and stands behind it, I even received a call from Mac today asking if I was satisfied. Very satisfied, thank you Mac I know I can count on you for great furniture.

We have been twice now and will keep coming back! We got the Lake Houston brown maple storage bed and two Lake Houston brown maple bed side tables Our salesman was the same as last time. (Fabian Campa) We had a wonderful experience with our delivery guys Ronald and Calvin!

Hello Mr. Jim, I walked out of your grant parkway store due to your salesman’s attitude. He was the first one I met and he showed me few mattresses in few minutes asked which one I would purchase. He had a discriminatory attitude later turned to another white family asked if they need help from a mattress specialist but they walked out later I saw them in parking lot. I asked at this point a mattress specialist but I saw a guy coming but wentTo help a different Caucasian family. I patientlyWaited at this point this sales man returns asking me why I need a specialist he toldMe everything I need to know , seriously I just walked out went to mattress firmMade a purchase for $6000 and sales man atMattress firm wasSo happy. Racism exist at your gallery furnitures through your sales man attitude that’s how I felt it.

Extremely Disappointed with Gallery Furniture Purchase-I recently purchased a rather expensive $3,000 table from Gallery Furniture, and I must say that my experience has been nothing short of a complete disappointment. When I made the purchase, the sales representative assured me that the table would be stable and sturdy. However, upon receiving it, I discovered that it's shockingly wobbly and far from the promised quality.The real frustration began when I attempted to address this issue with their customer service department. To my dismay, they informed me that the problem cannot be fixed. Frustrated and disappointed, I then turned to the sales representative who initially sold me the table, hoping for a resolution. To my astonishment, they distanced themselves from the problem, claiming they were not involved and directed me back to the customer service team.This whole experience feels like nothing short of a scam, and it is utterly disheartening to see that Gallery Furniture is unwilling to listen to its customers. I feel cheated and let down, with $3,000 now seemingly down the drain. It's truly disconcerting that a company of their reputation would treat a client in such a manner.

We had an amazing experience!! Our professional listener was Fabian Campa!He was Great! He asked our style of looking for what we want!! So we went on our own and sat on everything that we liked. After walking through the store we decided on something and came and got him! It was super fast and we got a $100 off our purchase because I had went to the website earlier and gave my email!We will be going back to get more things for our new home!

People say shopping at GF is expensive. Maybe a few years ago, I might've agreed. But now when you go to even Rooms To Go Outlet in Katy. What's a "good deal" is still a poorly painted finished piece of furniture that's still assembled as if you were go to an Ikea. I try not to mention other brands in my reviews but with furniture- you kind of have to do some of that comparison. Bought some multi-piece furniture sets for the kids. Very reasonably priced for solid wood. Keep in mind there's other places with faux wood vs. solid. Solid wood is really where it's at for the purpose of noise reduction and quality paint or other finishes you need to have that only come with that material. That being said it's roughly the same price when you go to other places. What you're paying for in addition is the service. These people will help re-arrange furniture, take away old furniture pieces, and actually be there the same day. Highly professional. What I was very surprised was that Mack himself called that weekend to check to see if everything went the way we wanted. I mean, give it up to this dude. 30+ years and while I know he'll won't be around forever. I hope his children or whomever takes the helm will continue to provide that service to customers and to the Houston-wide community. Outside of this, I will say the only down side to GF is the modern or contemporary look isn't there for alot of their styles in the show rooms. Over time they've got more modern pieces here and there; but it's mostly a traditional american style product set here. If you are going for the LA penthouse vibe; this probably isn't the place to shop. Although- it's probably one of the most unique furniture places to shop. Who else has a museum of different American history around with a giant fountain inside and events for kids? If you don't want to shop there, at least go in there and check that out. In the back of the museum as you traverse the hall there's an aquarium too.

I’m going say one thing. Gallery Furniture is amazing. I was at living spaces ordered a couch from them in katy. They lied about a 14 day delivery to me to get my money. Never received my couch. Went over to Gallery Furniture in Katy. I was welcomed and offered free delivery same day and an amazing couch. I’m in love. Never ever buying furniture from anyone besides Gallery Furniture. Hands down.

First time Gallery Furniture buyers, referred by two previous purchasers who were satisfied. I will update this score and comments once we hear back. I will say however that the delivery guys and Gloria with the parts department were exceptional! Gloria was extremely thorough and patient on an important detail our salesman forgot to mention. She seemed to care about my concern versus brushing it off as an, "Oh well!" While our salesman was a good salesman, he did forget and important detail and upon speaking to him he literally threw his tenure in my face versus hearing me out, which T no point was I unprofessional as the delivery guys were present. I was going to return to him as I am loyal and hate change but we have decided to take our business elsewhere. Other than that no issues.

We purchased bedroom furniture, a mattress and a desk from Gallery Furniture. The items were delivered yesterday and set up. They were on time, courteous and didn't make a mess. Today, Mattress Mack himself called to see how the delivery went and how we liked our purchases. Thanks for doing that! I'm looking forward to giving Gallery Furniture more of my business!

I have been a loyal customer who has furnished our entire home through the years with Gallery Furniture! My purchase, delivery and even hearing from Mac with a customer satisfaction follow up call... all has been perfect until today! I purchased a living room set for a spare living room upstairs that was empty, so the set was not ever used until we decided to move the same set to our vacation home where it would be useful. The sofa, ottomans and oversized chair have been in use a couple of times a month, only for 7 months, and has lost its shape and is frayed along the edges... we are so disappointed. I contacted Gallery and they shared that manufacturers warranty was only good for a year and all they can do is offer me new fabric that I can purchase at cost!!! We are just so surprised that Gallery could not help us further... we literally just paid that set off a month ago!

We just made our first purchase with Gallery Furniture and to say we were impressed is an understatement!!! Our salesperson Will was amazing!! He made the process smooth and efficient! Our kids loved it here too!! We will DEFINITELY be back!Edit…When THE Mattress Mac calls you himself to thank you and check how everything went…10 stars all around!!!
