Edited: They are a good store, don't spoil manga again. Talk only to the point the customer has made it to if you're conversating about it.
Months ago a cashier MANGA SPOILED One Piece to me and a customer in front of me. This is a serious crime. One that I still have not let go. I've enjoyed One Piece for 20 years. NEVER Manga Spoil, EVER, for any show. I'll give yall the proper review yall deserve after my next visit, I should be buying a Pokemon box soon. But those who manga spoil must feel the wrath of those who enjoy the anime.

I came here after every 3/4 months and whenever i see Jared i become more happy all tho Game Stop Workers are friendly and knowledgeable but this branch & specially Jared got some extra knowledge about about everything either games or phone trades when ever i came here and see Jared he made my day just by serving a good customer service.

Called about an order that was supposed to have been delivered today and yet had not left the store. I was told by one employee to cancel my order and buy it in person, then the manager told me I couldnāt cancel the order anymore. Manager also kept telling me how many people didnāt have power when I asked for an estimated delivery date. Lastly was told to call the GameStop help desk- the number listed online is no longer in operation.

DO NOT PRE ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!! this location has duped me twice now and completely stiffed me on my pre-orders even though i called MULTIPLE TIMES throughout week to let them know i would come in on the weekend (i live 25 miles away from this location) to pick up my order only for them to tell me they āshipped it backā! With no offer of refund or when or IF Deposit will be put on my account!!! I am absolutely livid right now. NEVER EVER COMING HERE AGAIN! Oh YEAH, thanks Mathew for sending away my pre-order AGAIN!!
