The Geek Squad at the Richmond Best Buy helped fix a phone problem, and the customer appreciated that help. At another location, a laptop was lost in their warehouse for over a month, which was stressful and frustrating due to poor communication. However, Brandon and his team were professional, kind, and genuinely helpful, offering a replacement laptop and resolving the situation. They were also very helpful with the purchase of a new computer and the cleanup of an old one. Everyone was professional and took time to explain everything, with a quick turn around for everything needed. There is still significant room for improvement in communication, tracking, and warehouse management.

They were very helpful recently with the purchase of my new computer and the cleanup of my old one. Everyone I spoke with was professional and took their time to explain everything to me. They also had a quick turn around for everything that I needed done.

Spoke with Scott Currier about my laptop. I am 69 years old & not a techno geek. Scott was so helpful & explained my issues in a way I could understand, and without making me feel dumb. I have always gotten good service from you guys, but Scott is the best!
